dear sir,i m shirish joshi,i tell u clear and in short,
sir before 5 days,i recived a reg, letter ,and when opend the ltter,there was nothing any information,just blank,so i want to know this letter can make fake or something use full for others,why somebody send me blank notoce,may be somebody make a plan to regesterd a case againest me,
i think the other side have proof ,they inform me ,but i got nothing any information,so what i do in my safty

You should immediately write a registered letter to the sender informing about the fact of blank envelope and also inform him not to take any undue benefit out of this situation otherwise you shall take strong legal action against him at appropriate time.
