Dear Sir,
As per the revised guidelines valuation of shares for FDI is required to be based on DCF method.
Kindly advise regardng the date of the valuation certificate (ie period prior to the transaction)that will be attached with the FC-GPR form.

Hi,
All restuarants charge above the MRP for mineral water, which is allowed as per delhi high court ruling. But how much more can they charge? For a bottle with MRP of 15/-, can they charge Rs. 23/-. Its almost 50% more, which they say is hotel tax. Is it legal? Please advice.

sir before 5 days,i recived a reg, letter ,and when opend the ltter,there was nothing any information,just blank,so i want to know this letter can make fake or something use full for others,why somebody send me blank notoce,may be somebody make a plan to regesterd a case againest me,
i think the other side have proof ,they inform me ,but i got nothing any information,so what i do in my safty

Dear Friends,
Can anybody tell me some wayout through which i can access all the legal judgements of the SC & HC online for free?
I have tried to access judgements in the delhi hight court site but this site never gives me the desired judgement though link is given in the site for accessing judgements. Wether it is not possible to obtain judgements without subscribing the paid sites?
Pls guide.

In case of Disciplinary proceedings against a CA are under consideration by ICAI, but the copy of complaints and other papers are lost by CA, so he is unable to reply to Disc. Committee, whether he can or should demand the set of papers from the committee before reply. Whether it would have any adverse effect on the proceedings.

abt divorce
my husband filed divorce 2 yr before and withdraw that petition on the basis that he cant attained bcoz thr are other 2 more court proceedings & he has to attained that also.
Can he refile the divorce again.
