Please can anyone provide me draft of holding and subsidiary company, and share purchase agreement.
Dear Sirs,
Five from the family had collectively appointed a lawyer to plead on our behalf till the last pleading for Rs.35,000=00.
The contract was in black and white with all five signing on the lawyers letterhead, the copy of which is with us.
Midway due to difference of opinion we split 3:2. When the two of us appointed another lawyer after being granted permission by the judge, this lawyer asked for Rs.40,000 from the two of us, as settlement against fees i.e., Rs.20,000=00 each, instead of Rs.7000=00 each as per the earlier ratio in the contract when all five were together.
On record the lawyer has already been paid Rs.10,000=00 as token initially, where our contribution in the token amount was Rs.4000=00 i.e., Rs.2000=00 each.
The lawyer refused to grant the NOC if we did not coughed up the demanded amount. We had no choice but to pay up and take the NOC in return.
We are very disapointed by the lawyers rude behavior and extracting extra money under coercion. Taking full advantage of the situation.
Please guide us for necessary legal action which the two of us intend to take against the lawyer, with copy to the bar council.

I am Rajesh from Faridabad and staying in second floor of builders flat. Next to our plot is a private property of an individual and he also has two floors in his building. Our building has a double brick boundarywall in our own foundation and our neighbor has got their own foundation within their boundary. While building their first and second floors, they used our wall for the support rather erecting their own wall within their boundary. This way, he has encroached space from our flat. I am not sure whether our foundation takes up this extra load of this building! The families in the ground and first floor did not object to this as they do not have any rights for the roof rather they are not bothering about the foundation. As I was out of town, I could not object this while he was constructing the first and second floors. When talking to them, he said both we have single brick wall from the bottom. But from the ground floor, it is clearly visible that ours is a two brick wall and they have a separate wall within their boundary. In this way he occupied our outer boundary wall. Our builder is of no help to us to sort out this problem. Please advise how this problem can be solved.

Can an Application seeking information under RTI act be returned on the grounds that it has not been signed by the applicant??
Actuall I had filed such an application with only my name and address (No Signature) and the reply reads:
"Your application dated 09 jul 2010 received in this office on 13 jul 2010 is returned herewith as the same has not been signed by you."
Please guide me since this reply could be used against the dept. and my service could be reinstated..
