Kindly send me citation of Punjab & Haryana Highcourt in Which Highcourt directed All Sessions judges in Haryana to pass interim order directing the police to protect the life of runaway couples.This order was passed as per best of my memory 3 or 4 month ago.Kindly reply soon as i going to file such a petition for issuance of direction for protection on monday i.e. 02/08/2010.

One of our company A demerged with resulting Company B. Court order is awaited.
Now we want to use/write Company A as formerly after the name of the resulting company B.
So can u suggest me whether this is possible to use name of demerged company A in letter head and any other correspondence.

in a m.a.c.p if vehicle is running in out of permit area&got accident and a person died .is insurance company is liable for compensation.please give me some supreme court &Allahabad high court judgment

background of this quarry is .
a person M is traveling in a auto.the driver of this auto driving the auto very rashly.auto was getting an accident&fall on road. the person M was died on spot.legal hair of person M file claim petition.on the stage of evidence insurance company produce an evidence that such vehicle was traveling in out of permit area so we r not liable for compensation because it is breach of policy.this was on the stage of argument. so plse u provide SC or ALLHABAD HC DECISION ON THIS point that insurance company is liable for such compensation.
