Hello all,
I'm facing a very frustrating issue with the Two Wheeler Bike Company "Honda".
I went to the Honda Bike Showroom "Bhandari Brothers,Viman Nagar, Pune-14" to purchase a bike Honda Shine. The Sales Person Said if you pay in advance you will get bike within 10 days from that day. I paid full amount on 14'th august and then on 22'nd august Sales Person said bike is will be allocated to me on 26'th and 10 days after that is on 6'th sept i will get the bike with registration.
Now they have a new story the sales person says the bike is not at dispatched and it will take another 2o days to get.
I don't trust them at all, and asked them to refund my amount.
Can u please all help me with , what should i do to sue the dealers and salesperson, for giving wrong information to Consumers and using the whole amount for a this 20-25 days asking me to wait for long not once but twice.
I don't want to keep quite this time as i trust in our judicial system.
Please help me this .

Kindly let me know ,whether holding two driving licence by a person,issued by two different authorities,both DL are totally differ,it is not a case of addition of any class of vehicle later on, on any DL.Both are not connected with each other except common holder.Kindly suggest with relevent provision/rule of MV Act.Thanx

I had a rent case filed under distt. court against my shop tenant in Delhi.He lost it & filed an appeal in same distt. court & lost it again.Now I want to know what's the time period till he can go to the high court.Some says 30 some 60 & some says 90 days.PLz clarify.

I had a case with my tenant, he lost it & filed an appeal & lost it too.Final judgement was passed on 29 july 2010 .I wanted to know till what time period he can file an appeal in high court to challenge the final decision.

What is the present position of conducting exam. by BOI for the new lawyers to practice in the Court. The last date for submission of application to appear for exam. ends on 15th Sept 10

working of indian courts
hello sir,
I want to know the procedure of our Indian courts(district,civil,high,or supreme). can a common man(not a lawyer)can say or do the proceedings in the court.
like for the small(petty) cases related to the issues like some complain by the neighbor in the municipal problem,or the public issues like land grabbing of public lands or buildings.
i hope u people have understood my question.
