Its just a imaginary problem. Even give me solution: i purchased a new car, after finished formalities got delivery the vehicle from show room.. I mean vehicle's amount, road tax, insurance amount everything paid. Now i am going to registration before r.t.o. On the way i met an accident.. Heavy damage to my new car.. Now how can i claim my insure from my insured company. Any citations available mean please- _by. tom

One X obtained loan from bank and paying the same. In that way few months missed so also paying regularly. The bank officials sent a notice to mandal educational officer to deduct the salary of X, who is working as government teacher.
Whether the bank officials or mandal educational officer is having any right to do so.
Since the court decree is proper for attachment or with hold the salary by said officer.
plz give any provision of law found.

Is The Bombay non-trading corporations Act 1959 still in existence? If it is repealed,do the Associations registered under the said Act require fresh registration under other laws like Societies registration Act,companie's Act etc. regards.

AN RTI WEBSITE INFORMS ME THAT ONE CAN SEND BOTH COMPLAINT UNDER SEC 18 AND APPEAL UNDER SEC 19 OF RTI ACT TO THE CIC.
MY QUERY IS
1. IS IT INCUMBENT ON THE CIC TO ATTEND TO BOTH THE ACTIONS OR CAN CHOOSE WHICH APP TO ATTEND TO, COMPLAINT OR APPEAL.
I UNDERSTAND COMPLAIINT IS FOR ACTION UNDER RTI ACT AGAINST PIO AND APPEAL IS FOR INFO
BOTH ARE NOT CONTRADICTORY BUT I WANT TO BE SURE.
I AM MORE INTERESTED IN INFORMATION THAN PUNISHMENT TO IF I HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE TWO

resp sir(s) my problem is as follows
one of my friends was serving in a company he has served for one and half or two yers...
he has now resigned from his job before 6 months ....he is entitled for his provident fund....he has already filled up a form for provident fund at the time of resigning....but till date there is no headway in the matter and he has not been paid his amount of provident fund...he has inquired a lots of time with his company but they are not responding properly....so what we can do in this matter? whom to approach for to get this problem solved?
kindly guide us.....

Hi there,
I had written some mails 10 years back and could not keep back. Hard disk crashed and is not with me now. Is it possible in anyway that these sent items can be retrieved from the VSNL server, I do remember the e-mail id alloted to me. Please let me know how to go about it, if it is possible.

a person who is complianant in a criminal complaint has stopped coming for the hearings.The charge has been framed and pre charge evidence/cross examination is complete and the case is fixed for cross examination of complainant-witness.What is the remedy beofre court against the said complainant? Can the accused in this case benefit from this situation?

I am a Central Govt. Gr.C employee, placed under suspension for a criminal offence during 2008. Trial is under progress. Can the suspension be revoked?

sir,
in private institutions,the jobs are given with a contract letter of 12 months after completion of 12 months they orally say we want to extend your service and again give 12 month contract letter but they didnot mention the date properly like from sep,2010 to 31 aug,2011 like that that doesnot shows any continuation of service at the place and sometime they even dont give contract letter but pay the salary and if we want them to permanent our service they say we cant.this is becoming trend in most of all private organization whether it is colleges,or hospital or other institution or organisations. iwant to know how we can legally solve this problem.
