Now they want to Registerd marriage in bangalore(karnataka).is it possible??

Dear Barman Sir,
Thanks for your reply. But my question is the Complainant has filed their Affidavit in Evidence upon our written version and now we as OP have to reply. Questionnaire or IOs can be only once both the parties have filed their respective Affidavits. Since I have to file a reply to their Affidavit of Evidence of the Complainant, what would be my document called?

There are several national tribunals in the country such as CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal), ATFP (Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property) etc. If a member of such a tribunal has a grievance against the government, can he filed a petition in the CAT for relief? One legal opinion is that the CAT has no jurisdiction over cases concerning member of any tribunal? Is there any case law on the issue?
