Please read the following rule of Western Zonal Railway carefully with legal point of view:
"This Zone has imposed distance restriction on certain long distance and superfast trains, to restrict short distance passengers from boarding these trains and encroaching upon accommodation earmarked for long distance passengers. However, short distance passengers can be booked in advance on these trains to the extent of intermediate station quota. Ticket checking staff on the station or on the train can allow passengers to travel against vacant accommodation, irrespective of the distance restriction, provided the passenger is holding a journey ticket for or short of the station upto which accommodation is available. Distance restrictions vary from train to train and are applicable to certain section of the journey."
Please give your opinion on the following:
(1) This rule prohibits the 'specified short distance' passengers from boarding the train.
(Please respond as Clearly/Not clear/Not at all)

Respected experts, please let me know what is meant by "featured member" on LCI ? All these days I have seen only 3 classes - "experts", "members" and "Admn". I did not get what is this fourth classification mean.

Hi everybody,
I wanted to know some information related to KSFC loan guaranty.
One on relative in a problem, His friend taken loan in KSFC, and forged my relatives sign and made him as a one of the guarantor,
now Relative friend become defaulter and absconded, KSFC now trying to auction my relative properties and put the case in court. Now how my relative has to fight with KSFC in court. Can anybody help in this regard.

A depot holder was booked in a case under section 7/10/55 EC Act & 420 IPC Etc as per allegation he was selling kerosene oil which was for public distribution supply.Now food and supply deptt Haryana has suspended his Ration Depot licence,under which provision/rule they did so.Kindly suggest.How 7 where i can challenge this order.Is it not against this principal of law in which it is stated tht"Unless and untill a person is convicted by the court of law ,he will be presumed innocent"Thanx

dear sir,
one of my friend having one criminal grievous hurt case, the case is going on session court past 3 years,meanwhile my counsel for got the legal adviser job in a mnc company,so he gone for job without informing and returning in my case kut, and my counsel cell is switch off, and where he is working, i dont know, now can i filed a suit regarding that not my counsel was not in location so filed a writ petition on the court. give me ur successon
