Sir, We are a group appearing at Thane Municipal Corporation’s Lokshahi Din for our grievances, on every Lokshahi Din an interim decision are delivered by the presiding officer but, they are not being executed at the ward level.
It has been over two years we are appearing at the respected Forum of Lokshahi Din to take course of action to demolish an unauthorized seven storied tower built upon our piece and parcel of land without our concern. It was ordered by respected commissioner in favour of my Lokshahi Din application under token No. 1385 dated 03rd November, 2009, in which the respect commissioner has delivered the following order: -
1). AMC must issue the notice u/s 268
(5)of BPMC Act 1949.
2). Water supply must immediately be
disconnected.
3). Electric supply must be disconnected.
4). Register an offence u/s 52 of MRT.
5). Complete due process of law and erase
the unauthorized building up to
ground.
Due to my application action take: -
1. Notice U/s 260 (1) (2) (3) of BPMC act
is served to the builders On 06/04/2009
2. Notice U/s 267 (1) (2) of BPMC act is
served to the builders.On 06/04/2009
3. Notice U/s 53, 54 and 55 of MRTP act
is served to the builders On 06/04/2009
4. FIR U/s 52 of MRTP act is registered
upon the builder On 16/06/2009
5. FIR U/s 52 of MRTP act is registered
upon rest of the partners of the
builder On 30/07/2010
6. Notice under Sub Section (1),(2),(3),
(4), of Section 268 of BPMC Act,
to evacuate the premises is served in
the name of builders and occupants On
29/12/2009
7. Notice under Sub Section (5), of
Section 268 of BPMC act, to forcefully
Evacuate the premises is served to
Mumbra Police On 29/12/2009
8. Assessment tax of the building is
partly cancelled.On 15/02/2010
All the due process is completed long time back but, thereafter the TMC and Police are not taking any action, therefore, Can we file a Public Interest Litigation at Hon. Bombay High Court to seek direction for execution of the interim decision delivered by the respected Forum of Lokshahi Din? Can we seek direction for issuance of final decision by the respected Forum of Lokshahi Din?
Is it not mandatory on the part of TMC to execute their own order decided at their own Respected Forum of Lokshahi Din.
Can any body help.

I have lodged my online grievences on Hon'ble President's helpline portal by No. PRSEC/E/2009/07475 on 20.Sept, 2009. The same was transfered to first door step/to the Ministry on 29.Sept,2009. Further it was handed over to department deals with on dated 18.March, 2010. Now it is pending accordingly. Several reminder also have been sent through online to helpline portal.Those are also sent to department deals with. More than one year has been completed. Now I am feeling surprise that, how the departments are giving the response to the helpline portal of Hon'ble President? Please reply what should I do?

Dear Sir / Madam
i have a proposal of a person whose case was pending being before jmfc under section 498A and other section and also before the high court for bail. the court had asked the person whose porposal is given me and the court had directed them to go before the mediator ie. marriage counsellor of the court for getting the matter settle between them as the section 498A is related to marriage and the where the one of party has clear stated there is treated and i am not willing to coohibite with the other party and therefore the bail was rejected and in divorce petition before the family court was filed where the party who said that there is treat never appeared but now it is said to me that the party are divorce and the such settlement was come before JMFC -- marriage counsllor or different court and state and not in divorce petition can i get the copy of the orders and proceeding so a i take a decision of the person whose porposal is for me to get married and what is the procedure to get the order of the court as i am third party to the case whether i can get the same under right to information act.

Dear Sir,
I am staying in bangalore and have been verbally absued by the bankers and collection agency over the phone (can we get the recording from the mobile company or telephonic company ) conversation had been taken 10 days back.
Kindly let know the laws & by laws of collection agency and the banks follows.
Kindly brief me the guidelines of RBI and
are calls made to the customer is mandate to be recorded (is there any guidelines from RBI)

i am living in an intestate three storied house on teh ground floor,of my mother owened property.she expired in 2005.my father expired in Feb 2010 &my elder brother expired in Aug.2010,We were two legal hiers and have no sister,his widow resides on the 1st floor of the house along with her two children .Now she is giving the 2nd floor for rent without my consent ,the staircase is common for 1st & 2nd floor,and it is seprate form ground floor.If i go for injunction the Courts are off till 1st January due to festive vaccations.Can i stop her to letout the property?Is there any spl court for the Injunction>plese help me.

1. What is the legal procedure to change the official name of a person like I have a name
"Kumar Krishan Agarwal" and Now at this age I want from today to change my name "Amit Agarwal" used every where in every part of life and be valid to my previous Education and all other things in respect of property inheritance and my identity (voter ID card, passport, driving licensee, bank account, insurance etc) all will be treated as Amit Agarwal from now onwards?
2. What the legal steps I have to take so that the new name will be coincide with my previous name and both names are treated me as a one single person ?
