Dear All.
I am Law student, would like to know how many types of the Courts. Is there is classifications of courts. Please do send the details. If any organisation or flow charts what jurisdiction to which court, it is well n good. Please do suggest me.

Respected sir,
my father worked as s.i of police and he expired on 2005.due to road accident
my question is
1.mother sister me and grandmother are the legal heir of the deceased.
2.after five years the amount sanction by the court is 15lakhs.it is divided we all got the amount but my sister is only 13years old.when will she get the amount?wheter the interest will be claimed monthly?
3.whether the parents of the deceased are the legal heir?
4.my fathers mother got 12childrens all are in good position whether she will come under legal heir of the deceased.
5.the amount sanction in the court is correct or we want to appeal?

Respected Sirs,
One of my tenants had got registered a society with our permission stating that it is his own house and to that extent he had filed a affidavit giving false information that he is not collecting any rents for running the office.
The said tenant has got registered the said society inspite of serving him a legal notice that he is illegally running offices in the SSP.
When approached the ROS, I was advised to approach the competent court for cancellation of the said society and that the ROS has no authority to cancel the said society.
Which is the competent court to approach for redressal of my grievance.
Pl advice.

Respected Experts,
Sir ,i am 23 yr old,last year student of law passed all subject except this one subject in which i failed three times.due to this Interpretation of statute subject i am getting late for my sanad.
Please tell me how can i study this subject and which book i have to refer and easy to understand?

1. Currently I am working as Full Time University approved Assistant Professor in Private Un-aided Engg. college in Maharashtra. 2. We governed under Service rule of AICTE / UGC / State Govt. of Maharashtra. 3. I have applied study leave for Ph.D. work. As per AICTE / UGC Norms, before availing of such leave I should execute a bond of Undertaking to College that will contains after completing Ph.D. work, I should serve min. 3 yerars to that college But College asking me for 5 years and if I breach the undertaking, I shall be liable to pay Rs. 5.0 Lakh as compensation. From 3 to 5 year is breaking the rule of AICTE and second during study leave as per rule I should get full pay But College is not going to give any pay during this period.
So Query is that if I execute such bond and later on if I want to breach it, what care I need to be taken ?

Could some one please elaborate the step by step Procedure of filing an FIR through registered AD, for instance if I need to file it at the police station of Green Park what do I need to do?

Exempted PF Trust
My query is as below:
Trustee was working in India, Now he was trasfered to Singapur Branch in dual employment. Can he be the trustee of PF Trust in India, or need to be ceased from the trust?
Please suggest.
