Hi All
I need some help with regard to a service provider bill payment issue.
Last Aug I re-located from Blore to Kolkata and have duly asked my service provider for disconnection of services that I was using in Blore. I have a reference number from the Call center of the aforesaid Service Provider in this regard. Now this month they have contacted me thru my email asking me to pay off a huge amount of outstanding bill, else, they will go for a legal action.
How can I save myself from such a situation.

Sir/Madam,
The punishment for the offence under section 66A of IT act 2008 is up to three years.
Section 77B of the IT Act 2008 says that for any offence whose punishment is 03 years and more is cognizable irrespective of the provisions of the Criminal procedure Code, however bailable.
Please clarify if FIR can be lodged for any alleged offence under section 66A of the IT Act, if the accused offender is known in person, as question / doubt arises due to the length of the punishment being upto 03 years as stated in 66A, whereas offence becomes cognizable only if the punishment is 03 years or more, as per section 77B of the IT Act 2008?

My client is not paying my remaining fees, what should I do and also very peculiar fact that before the adjudication of the case, they were always honest and now after the adjudication whenever I call them, they refuse to pick my phone and dont respond back?
