Hi
I had purchased flat in Navi Mumbai in 2018, at that time i wasnot able to go for cidco tranfer. Secretary assumed me that he will issue noc whenever required. Now I am asking for it but chairman denying it and asked to pay fund for building repair which they have started collecting from 2019 mid year. I have given them letter for asking for Noc. Kindly sugest.

My self syed i have a query
I have given an Amount of Rupees 20450 / - to my uncle to buy auto from financier as he was having 20000 / - he said to me that he wants to get auto from financer he was unemployed i think that as he was unemployed he will earn money to fulfill the daily requirement of the life . as i said that to my uncle to confirm either financer excepting card or not he said that he was excepting the card . so i go to financer and meet personally and pay the amount of Rupees 20450 / - to financer on 14.05.2018 my uncle promise me to pay the amount monthly . after reminder so many times to uncle from 14.05.2018 to till date he doen not pay a single ruppees to me . he said that he was give auto rented to some other person his license not available Traffic police caught by autodriver due to he was not having license . till date he said that auto in traffic police station he will never go to traffic police station to pay the challan and get the auto . after pay to financer i was converted the amount into emi which has been paid as per schedule inform to uncle that iam going to convert this amount into emi u have to pay some extra amount as discussed he said he will pay. i think the auto is released by financer due to non payment of installments to financer . i saw same number auto in our surronding unable to catch . plz suggest me what to do how to recover the amount from my uncle

iam planning to buy a flat in bangalore., the Builder has taken permission for 27 flats in BBMP Approved plan and constructed 28 flats ., 6 flats in ground floor ., he has constructed 7 flats in gr floor., whether the deviation is allowed.

Does the medical records include CCTV footage , the Indian medical regulation is silent on it. or a person demanding the same should possess the legal authority .

We have received the recovery cetificate under 101 and now the defaulter is ready for 50% payment and go fo appeal and bring a stay order against the recovery
Is it possible ?

I joined IIT Gandhinagar in 2012 as Jr. Supdt (GP ₹4200) against regular post and worked till 2017. I got selected in IIT Kanpur in 2017 for the same post ie. Jr. Supdt ( GP ₹4200). I tender my technical resignation from IIT Gandhinagar and joined IIT Kanpur.
In this regard, I would like to seek the expert advice for the following:
1. Whether my last pay drawn at IIT Gandhinagar should be protected or not?
2. Whether my past service at IIT Gandhinagar will be counted for promotion purpose at IIT Kanpur or not?
Kindly provide your expert advice on it with the reference of the rules thereon.

Iam a professional doctor , worked for a NGO for 12 years and 6 months. Initially I joined as a salaried employee , after 5 years the management told me that they will hereafter consider me as a consultant(no document or agreement signed) for which I was told about some tax benefits (which I was not aware of at that time) will be there .
I left the institute in September 2019 as they said they were closing the institute for non availability of funds . They paid me August 2019 salary . But to my surprise , it was a conspiracy to send me and I came to know that the hospital was running right from the next day itself and they also employed an other doctor .
So now my question is , is this the right way to send me out who gave my prime 12+years to that institution to develop it and what all benefits like PF , Gratuity , compensation am I eligible for ?
Kindly help me .
