Respected sir,
I am a resident of SRS Residency Sector 88, Greater Faridabad. I am writing this email to share with you that the governing body is harassing and exploiting me since long and they are not addressing my issues at all.
My car is being damaged multiple times in the society and nobody is taking care of it. They compel me to pay the monthly maintenance charges but never help me in my issues. They dont even listen to me.
I want to take legal action against them. Can you please help me and guide me?

I have given my house on rent . Then the person who is on rent is dead and the family has given the application in police station that the person who is dead was killed by some people and the owner was also involved...
I want to know that is there any problem in police verification because I want to join Indian armed forces...

I am living in a society of 168 members situated in Dombivli, Thane, Maharashtra. I have requested to committee to provide details which i require for ex. Cash Book, Bank Book, Major repair funds, etc vide written letter. As committee not provided any information about expenditure and spending thousands of rupees without any quotations or quotations of their favour. Committee reverted me through letter today that they are providing me hard copies at a cost of Rs.5/- per page. My question is, Is Committee have a right to choose a mode of information like soft copy / hard copy even applicant requested for soft copy? Committee till today not provided minutes of AGM held in Sep,19, which also i demanded through my letter, can they also charged for that? How can I check books of accounts if law is in the favour of committee? Can general body reduce the amount of per page Rs.5/- in next meeting?

I am seeking your expert advise on how to change my daughter birth certificate father name correction i.e.
in the birth certificate its Father Name is Kumaran which need to be corrected to Kumaran Neelakantan.
My last name is missed out, in the BBMP birth certificate. I really appreciate if anyone can help me the procedure.

I filed an execution petition to recover the dues from The opposing party , in this case a builder. After Six months on my hearing date, the hon court refused to issue an arrest warrant. She wants details of opposing parties bank details or properties which can be attached. My opposing party is almost bankrupt and I am sure he will have no monies in his banks, and most of has assets are already attached. My question is how does the court expect me to get the builders bank details, he will not provide as he is hostile and how do I get his properties details. My Advocate is suggesting I use a private agency To get these details . My Next Hearing is inn6 months, what do I do. He also suggested I file in NCLAT, but , it’s will be again a long drawn and expensive suggestion.

I am a senior citizen and own a flat in single name. I want to make my son joint owner so that he can get involved in society matters. At present I cannot make him associated member sinch he is not a joint holder.

Hello sir,
There is one of my case in which I has to be allotted a plot from the awas vikas parishad Uttar Pradesh.
I won the case in District Forum and lost it in appeal in State Commission. I appealed in national commission and national commission in its order stated that I should get a plot as it was awas vikas parishad's fault and they havn't complied with the rules but as they don't have any plots left my petition has to be dismissed.
I want to appeal to Supreme Court. Please guide me can court decline a plot to me on the basis of that builder is saying he is not having any plots?
