Society refusing to issue noc for cidco transfer

Hi
I had purchased flat in Navi Mumbai in 2018, at that time i wasnot able to go for cidco tranfer. Secretary assumed me that he will issue noc whenever required. Now I am asking for it but chairman denying it and asked to pay fund for building repair which they have started collecting from 2019 mid year. I have given them letter for asking for Noc. Kindly sugest.

Since you have purchased the property way back in 2018 and the society is demanding the repair fund from the yer 2019 only you may better understand the law involved in this act wisely.
The maintenance amount due from you towards the society from your side has to be paid now or later.
you cannot evade the payment of maintenance.
If you have to avail the facilities in future that too hassle free, you may immediately arrange to pay the same without agitating over it.
