We have received the recovery cetificate under 101 and now the defaulter is ready for 50% payment and go fo appeal and bring a stay order against the recovery

If the judgment debtor is ready to deposit 50% of the decree amount then he can very well seek a stay of further proceedings in the trial court including the proposed execution petition to execute the judgment passed by the trial court.
