Hi all Collegues,
My father expired few months back and in his account some odd 30000 rs are their which we wanted to tranfer to my mother name . My father acoount was with PSU bank and he had not nominated anyone to operate in case he expired.
Please let me know the process and forms etc required for teh same.

The brief history of the case is that the agricultural land was formed as a residential HUDA approved layout in the year 1998 and a plot of 400 square yards was sold to my vendor. I have purchased the said plot in the year 2004 from the vendor. I am the Second purchaser. Later I have constructed a house in the said plot i.e, in 400 Sq.Yds only as per my document.
Now the problem is that one of the neighborer land owner has filed a case under section 7(1) of A.P. Land Grabbing (P) Act 1982 against me that I have grabbed their land about 200 Square yards.
I request you to clarify me that is it comes under land grabbing what all defenses available to me to win over the case.

Can any Governing body member &/or Office Bearer serve two societies (working on same subjects) simultaneously in the same capacity? Say, as Secretary or Treasurer.

Sir,
I have a 1800 sqft plot in Lucknow in a residential area in Chinhut, Lucknow. Though it is in the centre of a residential colony on the Lucknow-Dewa road I wish to utilise it in a manner in which it affords me some regular income, too. Can I construct a building to be run as a hostel or coaching institute here ?
In addition I am also keen on looking for firms/ corporate agencies which might be interested in hiring the land or getting into a contract for using the land as a Guest House etc which I can construct on this piece of land. Kindly advise.

25% seats are reserved for weaker section under right to education act,i want to know who can and where apply for taking benefit of this provision and what is definition of weaker section under thios act.Of which category persons can apply for availing this benefit.Regards

I HAVE GIVEN A WASHING MACHINE FOR REPAIR TO A NEAR BY REPAIR SHOP AND HE CHANGED THE GEAR BOX AND I PAID HIM THROUGH CHEQUE RS. 2500/-T AND FITED THE MACHINE AND HE WARRANTED IT FOR 6 MONTHS FOR THAT PART BUT IT DID NOT WORK AND AGAIN HE TOOK IT AND DIDNOT RETURN THE MACHINE AND LATER AFTER LOT OF FOLLOW UP UPTO 3 MONTHS HE REPORTED THAT OTHER PART IS AFFECTED AND AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA AND I REFUSED AND HE FITTED THE MACHINE AND DIDNOT WAIT FOR IT WORKING AND LEFT AND NOW HE SAYS THE CONTROL PANEL IS SPOILED AND HE SAYS IT TO BE GET REPAIRED FROM OTHER PERSON WHAT TO BE DONE PLEASE HELP
