Dear Forum,
I am dealing with one case,
wherein husband is an Orphan [well qualified] got married[love] to a girl[well qualified].
Marriage was performed in a temple.
Husband lost job during recession in Oct '2008.
Meanwhile wife went to house and filed a 498a case after 6 months.
Husbnad tried for reconcilliation with the wife till last Jan ' 2010.
Now no where abouts of GIRL, address changed.
This is all because of POLICE without any prima facie and by taking bribe.
Can we file a CBI case on the POLICE.
If so, please tell the proceedure.

Is there any restriction for money lender in this growing society. they are collecting more than 9% interest backed up with muscle and power. my friend is suffering a lot for 2 and years in the clutch of the money lender. what are the remedy available

My nephew has got summon of sec;107 of IPC, I hope he will get bail subsequently but my main problem is that I want omit/deleted his name from the local P.S.is it possible sir ?

In case some private limited company is in the business of tours and travel/visa want to do forex business then what are the formalities/documents required to get license from RBI or some other authority for doing forex business?

One of my clients created a public charitable trust settling a property he owned and he became one of the trustees along with some other trustees (None is his relatives). Art 54 of Karnataka reads as under:
A. Declaration-of Trust,
(i)Concerning any money or amount conveyed by the author to the trust as the corpus.
Rupees Five hundred
(ii) Concerning any immoveable property owned by the author and conveyed to the trust of which, the Author is the sole trustee.
Rupees Five hundred
(iii) Concerning any immoveable property owned by the author and conveyed to the trust of which, the Author is not a trustee or one of the trustees.
The same duty as conveyance Article 20(1) for the market value of the property conveyed.
I registered the trust interpreting the clause three above that since he is one of the trustees, stamp duty of five hundred is enough
Now there is departmental audit objection that stamp duty as applicable to any transfer would apply and hence the party has to pay the difference stamp duty which may come to some lakhs of rupees.
Can any body help me out with some solutions with suitable case law if any?

I am a common carrier not registerd as per act but during transit of one pharma co. s materaial of one vehicle met an accident by fault of another vehicle ,i booked that consignment at owners risk,consigner insured the goods from insuranse co. ,now that insurance co. asking same claim(rs. 10 lakhs) from me.what shall i do.please suggest me ,insurnace co. filed suit against me.

Respected seniors & my dear friends i like to ask a very fundamental ouestion today that how many different kind of courses are offered in the LL.b # yearrs old fasion course 5 years integrated courses of BA llB than one BBA,LL.B than betech llb how many kind of corses are offered now how can somebody give degree of engineering and law in combine One MATS university offered this whay not BCI one course # years old after graduatin course or 5 years new advance BA,LL.B hons course thats all my question because I am still confuse that whats going on in the field of law education there is an old saying from High court judge of Calcutta that there is no royal road or university for advocacy onpy university is life for an advocate .

X is the owner of the property of y and execute a GPA in the favour of Z with the sellable rites against this property .in the year 2000 .after one year z first attorney holder execute further GPA in the favour of m and gave the sellable rite against the property Y. after that y second atterony holder seel this property to Q and sale deed is also regiaster in the favour of Q. know the my ouestion is that 1. Can this sale deed can be chalange if yes on which ground. 2. can a attorney make gain attorny in the favoury of any body although he is also a atterny . 3 GPA to further GPA is valid ?
