We are a society in thane dist Maharashtra our society is about 18 years old we have not yet done conveyance, we are currently in the process of getting the same done , we do not have any problem with our builder but our landlords (5 of them) are demanding money for getting the same done which our society members are not willing to pay the same.
we want to know if there is a way of getting the same done via deemed conveyance, currently we have been told the same is not getting done as the gr for the same is not provided and the collector/registrar currently does not have the permission to do the same.
what wold be the best method for getting the same done

whether cooprative societies can impose penalty to its memeber for the misbehaviour committed by the memebers' servant with the securities staff, with out holding inquiry, my maid claims that security staff regularly behaves in an inapproprite manner.

somebody have booked a product from me by paying Rs.500/-. later on he did not buy the product. on demand I paid back the advance money to him,but he was demanding some more money as I retained his money for some time, but I refused. so he not only refused to return the receipt of Rs.500/-,but also, filed a case in consumer forum that I took Rs. 50,000/- from him for the product( NO receipt).
Q- whether he is a consumer under consumer law?what is my remedy.

I contect to a tour operator (HE IS MY FRIEND ALSO) for arrange such tour.
He given RAFTING TOUR with ONE NIGHT STAY ,TWO BREAKFAST , LUNCH AND DINNER in rishikesh 2,200/-rs per person!
tour can be on date 4-5. june(saturday and sunday) .2011 .
in such type of tours we can meet each other!
and make a healthy relation ship !
so what about is my IDEA!

sir,
i was working in airforce as well as was doing some financial business. As per rule a defence person cant do any business till in service but i was not interested in that service so was preparing some base so that could leave airforce. in that business i borrowed money from few persons that is around 20 laks. suddenly i suffered losses in business and caz of pressure to repay money suddenly i left job and went to some unknown place. few people filed FIR against me who were having agreemnt or PDC from me. becaz of that my parents have to suffer lot. still police visit my home frequently.
now sir 2 problems are there which i want to solve.
1. i was not supposed to leave job as a defence peroson sign a contract beofore joing. that is minimum for 15 years and i left job in 2.5 years. now 2 years passed after that . as i know with in 3 years (from when I left job) if airforce cound not catch me they will close file.
2. now i have recoverd all my losses so want to return money to everybody but i want to do that in leagal way so that my family or myself will not suffer any problem in future and even if i do this in legal way can get our lost image in socity. as after that case society treats my parents as a cheters parents but in actual i was not. i just suffered loss but people presented like that i ran away taking there money. that was not truth.
Now someone suggest me please how to sort out these both problems. As if I go directly to pay their money, defence persons will catch me and after that again I will have to work. Can I file a case against airforce( unwilling to do service) so that I wont get arrested and openly can sort out my second problem.
