there is 29 members in family which sign the development agreement & power of Attorney that document duely stamped and present before the Sub-registrar but 10 members remain absent before registrar documentcompleted as Refused by them who r absent...now they want to complete it...but they all not coming together b4 registrar...we want to make confirmation deed & registrar want them together...what to do?

on my complaint a case us 148/149/323/452/506 was registered against accused persons, but on the same day accused persons inflicted some injuries on their body with friendly hands and got showed a fracture on the left hand index finder, got medically examined and a false cross case registered against us u/s 148/149/323/325/506, after about one month of the incidence (DDR was recorded on the complaint of accused persons on the next day of incident but false cross case was registered after about one month), POLICE AND ADDITIONAL S.P IS HELPING THE ACCUSED PERSONS, i on the next day of incident write, s.p of city and C.M.O of civil hospital that injuries are self inflicted, and once again after 15 days demanded for medical board examinations of accused persons, and after 5 months again demanded medical board and forensic expert medical examination of accused persons that injuries are self inflicted, but no action has been taken by S.P, CMO, DGP, IG etc on my application for appointment of medical board and forensic expert. now challan is yet to be presented against both of us parties in the court of JMIC, can i give an application before JMIC, before filing of challan by police for appointment of medical board ???? Can JMIC, give Directions to police before filing Challan for appointment of Medical board ??? is JMIC is competent to order for appointment of medical board for the examinations of accused persons to know that injuries are self inflicted with friendly hands or not ?????? plz guide, challan of police is yet to be presented

we have taken a home loan of 40L and paid around 6 months after that my husband lost his job due to recession and we could not repay the loan. we have handedover the property to the bank before they could ask. and finally Bank sold the property fro 35L after 1 year and now asking us to pay 9 lacs.also filed a checked bounce case.
And we went to the bank saying would be able to pay only 3L and not more than.
They are asking us to pay 9L which is highly impossible.
Can someone help us what can be done at our end.
Also wanted to know what kind of actions can Bank take at this moment.

we belong to obc. My annual income is rs 2.10 lakh from business and my wife is a government school teacher. Her annual income is rs 5.10 lakhs. We both are working and residing in delhi. Is my child entitled for reservation under obc for B.tech entrance exam in AIEEE or IIT or IP. And also can he get govt. job in Delhi by obc certificate.
In Delhi for obc certificate will both our incomes be considered collectively or only husband's income is sufficient?

One Petrol pump is started near the residential area (in Village). The distance between residential area and petrol pump is approx 300 ft. Owner of Petrol pump took ‘No objection permission’ from some people who are resided in that residential area (They not asked for all the people for ‘No objection permission’). And environment of that area is very polluted. And in that area frequently light is gone, so said owner number time use generator, so it’s also added noise pollution in that area. So, my queries are: -
1.What are the remedies available in law for those people from said owner who not obtained No objection permission ‘ for establishment of petrol pump?
2.What are the rules & regulation for starting petrol pump in residential area?
3.In this case can government can themselves take initiates and take action against said owner?
