Co-op housing society ltd laws of reconstruction in pune maharashtra

Dear Sirs/Madam

I am a member of a co-op housing society in Pune-Maharashtra and would seek guidance regarding the prevailing rules for the reconstruction of our co-op housing society having 40 members.

My present status :

I have submitted my consent letter to the society to carry out the proceedings for the reconstruction of the society alongwith all 40 members.

During the proceedings I have noticed that the selection procedure of the developers was not taken into account appropriately. Now a particular developer has been zeroed down and is now invited for submitting plans etc.

Can you guide me with the next procedures and whether as a single member I can stand against this selection and how ?

With Best Regards

Company law - annual return

Hi members,

Apropos Section 159 of the Companies Act 1956, ref: Annual Return.

Query: In the last page of Annual Return wherein signatures are taken there are 9 points to be certified, point 7 or g says - the Company did not have an average turnover of Rs. 10 Crores or more during the relevant period.

As a matter of fact i have seen Companies using standard format without any material changes.

Can you pl make me understand significance of said point (g).

Case laws on deficiency of service

Respected experts,
I have a case wherein there was deficiency of private bus service provider with regard to type of bus provided, timings, place of departure etc both while on my way to and back from his trip. He had booked his tickets through redbus.in. He had cancelled one ticket among 10 tickets booked, but they have not refunded the amount as per their terms of contract. Now, I need case laws which help me strengthen my case which favour my client.
