Execution of lease deed

A leased out a property to B for 24 years. Said deed was duly registered. In the meantime both A & B expired during continuance of lease deed. Now whether a supplementary lease deed is to be executed between the legal heirs of A & B or no supplementary lease deed is to be executed as the legal heirs will automatically will step into the shoes of their deceased parents and the previous lease deed would continue.

Handover of my share in property

There is a G+2 building registered as a common property with my name and my brother's name. In General+2 my brother lives in the first floor. I live in the second floor with my family. In the ground floor front portion is built as a shop. Back portion is two rooms in which tenants stay. My brother uses the shop in the front side of ground floor and pays very less rent. So I want to divide the shop into two parts by constructing a wall and take my part. But my brother refuses to build a wallm If I have to build wall and take my part how can I proceed legally ? Under whose direction can I build the wall

Transfer of property through power of attorney

Hello Sir,
I have query regarding power of attorney.
There is a three person in the story. Mr. A ( Vendor), Mr.B ( Power Of Attorney Holder), Mr.C (Purchaser). Mr A has signed & registered a General power of attroney in 1998 in the name of B to sell, transfer & take legal action in the favour of his property. And one clause was mentioned in the power was not to revoke the power. In 2004, Mr. A dies. In 2008, Mr B sells the property to Mr.C by using the mentioned general power of attorney. So, my question is that, can Mr.B use the general power of attorney to sell the property to Mr C.
