Regarding Property claim

I have some properties registered in my name. But I don't know their details. My father did all the things and I just signed and did other formalities in registrar office.
Because of some problems in my marriage, I made forcefully registerd those properties undre my father's name in 2008.
But I came to know that that registration was failed due to some technical reasons.(Those properties are not under that juridiction of thatsub registrar office).
My father completely abandoned me. How can I know the details of my properties? And how can I get them?

effect of not signing Indemnity bond by managing cmtee

this is concern with co-op hsg scty. in mumbai.

signining of INDEMNITY BOND by cmtee. is mandatory since 2000 but the cmtee in office since 1998 & continued till 2008 has not signed the BOND,The Auditor in his reported MANY ADEVERSE REMARKS such as *NOT CUTTING TDS on various contracts ; *Charging COMPOUND INT. to some & SIMPLE to OYHERS; *UNDERTAKING STUCTURAL REPAIRS WITHOUT APPOINTING ARCHI/STRU ENG. & spending 6-1 Lacs; *Investment of SINKING FUND for SHORT TERM. *Q'ble vouchers etc.

ON the basis of this AGM DIS-APPROVED the A/C 2006-07-08 & requested to get it RE-AUDITED.The new cmtee is in touch with the REGISTRAR for this with poor response.

my Q.is since the previous cmtee. has NOT SIGNED INDEMNITY BOND is it not correct that ALL DEEDS of the CMTEE;especially financial;. becomes INVALID/ILLIGAL?If yes ;is it possible to recover the AMOUNT SPENT by them by legal means/order of registrar?
ur guidance is highly appreciated!

In that plot there is old 16 tenants staying in their individual houses since more that 30 years and paying rent to both brother (joint name rent receipt) , and one house is under the custody of elder brothers elder Daughters family and they are staying since 20 years without any agreement or rent, Know recently (one year back)BOTH BROTHR them self have done Sub Division of “Y” plot area(both plots/area opposite to each other) accept access road for all five of them, On Rs. 150 bond paper internal agreement and Notary on Rs. 150 bond paper with sub division Map on the paper itself , But the matter is elder brothers elder daughters custody house has come to younger brother property part, know younger brother want to take the possession of house but they are refusing to handover the house and elder brothers sons not ready to do the separate 7/12 extract, and elder brother not in that position to control his family and he is above age of 80 years and younger brother is age of 70 years.
My question is what is solution to get the possession of house from elder brother daughter’s family without any compromise

How to get money from landlord

Hello

This is the only site where I found answers to the legal questions. So I hope I would get an answer for my question.

On Sep 25, I gave 8 months rent as advance (Rs 68000) to a house owner, for renting his house. I asked him to provide fans and clean the house as it was not in a liveable condition.

We met on Oct 2 for signing the agreement and taking the house key. But I saw the house in the same dirt condition with no fans. I told him that I am not interested in renting the house.

He deducted 2 months rent of Rs 17000 and gave me only the rest.

Is this right to deduct 2 months rent for cancelling the house within one week before signing the agreement to getting the house keys?

I have the acknowledgement of giving him the advance amount. He made me sign an acknowledgement that I am receiving Rs 51000 and 17000 is deducted as notice period amount.

Please advice what I can do in getting the money back.

Cancellation of Flat by Builder

Dear Sirs

I had booked a flat with Ansal Buildwell in their Sushant Lok scheme in Gurgaon, way back in 2002. All the dealings were done in Moradabad. Their agent had visited Moradabad. They after receiving the initial amount of Rs. 136,500.00, had allotted the flat. But, they subsequently changed the no. of Flat. We protested that at the time of allocation, we had opted for a Sun facing Flat, whereas, the new flat was not Sun facing. To which they replied that as per the agreement, they can do so. But the fact is that I had not entered into any agreement with them. After a lot of correspondence with them, they cancelled the Plot.

I filed a suite with Consumer Forum in Moradabad. But my local lawyer is of the opinion that since the Property is situated in Gurgaon, it should have be filed there & he has been taking adjournments for a long time waiting for any higher court’s judgement in the matter.

I request my friends in the Lawyers Club to advise me whether the suite be accepted in Moradabad or dismissed. I will very much grateful.
