Now it's 10 years, but nothing was happened on that property. Plot is still vacant i.g. no construction done. Now I want to leave soc. by taking my shares. What will be process? Can society transfer 50% of property to me?

Dear sir,
We have 50 years old building on a leasehold land in Mumbai Suburbs. Lessor is alive. Now tenants wants to redevelop the property. But Lessor is not cooperating. Do we have an option to go for deemed conveyance without NOC from landlord?
If yes then can we go for redevelopment with out NOC from landlord?
Can Landlord sue either deemed conveyance order or redevelopment agreement?

Dear Sir
We have 5 partners in Partnership Firm, out of that 4 are willing to sale property which is in the name of Firm.
4 other partners have 80 percent share in partnership each of 20 percent and 5th partner has 20 percent share in partnership.
This partnership firm owns a land (immovable property). The peice of land owned by firm is not demarketed as which 20 percent of land belongs to which partner.
Can these 4 partner sale 80 percent property to other another individual or firm, if 5th partner of firm not willing to sale property.
If they sale, which 20 percent property is of 5th partner? Can you guide?

Actual sale of the property made in 1980. But no deed registered that time. Now deed is registering for the fair value without any money transfer. What would be the consequences in doing so.

Hi,
Me and my wife booked a flat(under construction) in 2017. On the sale agreement both of our names are present. I have taken home loan and she is co-applicant for the home loan. Since the property price is greater than 50lakhs, builder (we paid to builder and builder paid to govt) paid 1% tds on our behalf and while paying tds, builder has given my pancard details only and the same details were present in my form 26as. I have paid the loan amount to the bank and have taken the NOC. Our flat construction is completed now and we are going for registration. I paid the stamp duty on my wife's name and am going for registration only on my wife's name as sole owner.
In future, Do we face any problem w.r.t registration or tds ( as the tds is not shown in her form 26as ) ?

My Father died in the year 2011, Mother alive. My Father has own property and Mother has a own property. We are 3 brothers and 1 sister. All married. We all, mother, sister and all brothers had a discussion and want to do divide the property of father and mother. Also, we have settled a fix amount of money to our sister and she agreed. What is the best way to initiate the legal proceedings which will not create any legal issues in future. All family members are ready for any signature and legal documents. Please advise.
