Sir,
As per town ans country planning act what should be raod width to be required to convert the agricultural land to residential purpose

While determining the Width of the Road the distance between the boundaries of a Road including the foot path,drains measurement at the right angles of the center of the plot.In case Road having Service Roads in addition to the main road the width of the Road shall be aggregate width of Service Roads and Main Road for determining the FAR, Discuss with an Senior Civil Engineer in detail.
