I have a property which I bought year-01 ,has dispute , my lawyer file Title suit(in year 13) against the person who also has the registered the same property (land) through different person within the same family tree in the year -09 .from last two years the case came to Settlement of Issues & Proceedings u/s 89crpc stage. In the mean while other party sold the land to third party.
Is it true that if u sell the propoerty during pendency, such sale is void by sec 52 of transfer of property act. Does my case fall under this category, as I did not file INJECTION IN THIS CASE.
How good is the Idea for first got the title then go for eviction suit ?
When I talked to my lawyer it says now the case will open for gavahi, How much is the time left ,is it going in right direction.
Please help.

Hi,
I own a property in Mumbai. I paid the stamp duty based on the built up area. Can you please confirm if the concept of Super built was in place in 2006. Also what was the right way to calculate the stamp duty say for 100 sq ft. (based on carpet area, built up or super built up area) at that time.
May thanks in advance.

Hello sir, We are owning partnership firm. First 10 years back we started with two managing partners and five partners. all the partners gave powers to managing partnes.laterly 4 years before one of the managing partners and two other partners retired from the partnership. The land purchase document of the firm was signed by the two managing partners at the time of purchase.now we want to sell the company. Can remaining one managing partner execute the sale document without dissolving the partnership.the firm is registerd one. Another query is Should the retired managing partner name be removed from the sub-registrar office and from patta doc. in revenue records?

We have a property in the name of our Grand Father's Father (The father of my Grand father). Acc. to his will, property will belong to his two sons ( my Grand father and his cousin). After his will, my grand father's cousin has separated and take his part (not land) and moved to another city. But no deed has been registered that time as he has no right in the property.
Now, They both are no anymore(grand father and his cousin).
Now, we want to get the title of the property in our name and they (grand father's consin's son and daughter) have no objection in this matter.
Kindly provide the solution as we have no knowledge regarding law. And what to do ? The procedure?

A bequeths one immovable property in favour a Trust for 6 beneficiaries with a condition that the property cannot be sold at any time and the trust is not revocable.
The Trust property is not yielding any returns and is more than 100 years old. All the 6 beneficiaries are located in 6 different cities and one is residing abroad.
My question is:
1. How to derive benefit out of the trust property.
2. Whether the beneficiaries can invest to develop the trust property to get returns. If some of the beneficiaries are not willing or not able to invest, how to develop the property.
3. Whether the trustees with the consent of all the beneficiaries sell the trust property.
Kindly clarify

Hi All
thanks for the your response.
Can you please clarify.
what is difference between registered will and un registered will.
Courts will considered registered will or unregistered will as final will in case of dispute
for example.
if I register will and a fake will is created after my will which is valid?
for example
register will is created on 1-nov-2014
and normal unregister will is created on 1-jan-2015. which is valid?
