Sir / Madam,
My father-in-law & my wife, who is the only one daughter of him, purchased a flat in November, 2013. After some time he decided to give the flat on rent due to high maintenance charges. on June 9, 2014, they decided to give the flat to Mrs. Sanju Lama, resident of Nepal. Mrs. Lama & his husband came to here for education of their 4 years child.
After that they show their passport and give a photocopy to them. My father-in-law then submitted the Police Verification Form With this photocopy of Passport and family picture.
But due to self-occupation of my father-in-law (he has no asset/property in his name till now) give them a notice on November 28, 2014 for vacate the property within January 29, 2015 (60 days as per the agreement). But after that they refused to give the actual rent.
On December 17, 2014, my father-in-Law sent another notice of Rent Default. In that Notice he clearly written that if the breach of lease is not corrected within 30 days, he will take further action to protect his rights, which may include termination of lease and collection proceedings.
After that suddenly one day they lock the flat and then just become traceless without any information.
Now, What is the legal way for further proceedings.
Yours truly,
Uttam Chakraborty.
Sir,
I was out of station for the last five years.
My neighbor had took a drainage connection through my property(The connection is pulled through my property)
Recently I came to know about this.
1. How can I restrict this usage.
2. Is it against law if I blocked that drainage connection.
3. What step should I have to take for removing this connection through my Property.

When a childless couple dies, ,they have willed their property to some relative but this will is challenged in the court by husband brother's children.
The property was willed to one of children from wife's brother, who had 10 children. Can balance 9 children too challenge the will?
Wrost is ,after 25 years of this childless couple death, this problem has cropped up.
Please advise me where I can do research on this matter. I am worried as will lose the house in which I am staying. My lawyer are good, but very busy to do any good quality research. My lawyers inform me that since on notice was given to all aspiring near relatives therefore they can technically raise objection any time. Please advice.
If one relative win, can it be safely be assumed it will be have to be shared with all.Today their will be about 40 grandchildren

I have purchased property by means of sale deed from my 13 family members, The 7/12 extract is transferred in my name, The city survey record is also transferred in my name. Now when I have made application for property tax transfer to the municipal council the property tax officer is asking for legal heir document approved by court. The property I had purchased was in name of my four uncles out of which three are dead. I had got all of the legal heirs available to sign the sale deed in front of the registrar and the legal heir document in front of the district magistrate. The Transfer of 7/12 extract was also signed by all the legal heirs in front of the circle officer. Similar procedure was adopted for city survey record transfer. I am stuck in property tax transfer. Please guide

Dear legal experts,
Please help me with this property issue by giving your valuable legal opinions.
I stay in Bangalore.
My father had purchased 3000sq.ft house about 40 year’s age.
Since the house was narrow, house was made 2 partitions of 1500 sq ft each. In one portion my father lived and my father let his younger brother and his family to live in other portion.
My father expired 3 years back and we 3 children (me and my 2 sisters) are legal heirs of this property. Hence we will be getting equal share in that property.
Now the problem is, my father’s younger brother still lives in that portion, which was given to him 40 years back. Now we asked him to vacate that place . But they are refusing to do so saying that now that property belongs to him as he is living there from 40 years. Now even he tells that , he has also has invested in that property.
When we asked him documents(agreement b/w him and my father) he said no agreement was made and there are no documents for what he said .
But all legal documents ,titles , etc are my my fathers’ name.
Actually due to his poor economic conditions my father let him to live there.
It’s been 3 years we are asking them to vacate that place. But he is refusing by giving false statements and reasons. Even my mother passed away a year ago.
Now I and my sisters have decided to sell that property and share amount among ourselves. But they are not giving us that property .
Please help me in this regard.
Please help me as how I can get my property back from their hands

Inclusion of name in sale deed!
Sir,
While registering a gift deed, name of a donor (out of 2) was not mentioned. What is the procedure for the inclusion of the name in the original deed?
What is the name of that deed?
