Dear all
My self and my father petitioned the property by registration deed on 2005 march.but i don't know this property are ancestral or joint property, but property was there in my father name on that time,(RTC, Mutation, Khatha was in my father name). once my father told me off of the property is ancestral and off of is purchased by my father.But i have three sisters, they dint get any share in property. In 2005 october one of my sister sent legal notice to share the property by 1/3 on whole property, me and my father refuse to share the property, finally she filled the partition suit in 2005 december. Now the suit is pending on issue stage. actually my question is we already partitioned property by me and my father, after that my father passed away on 2008, how she will get share know, it is possible? how please explain me in detail,i appreciate your invaluable advise. Hi,
Is it safe to buy SRA slum house.What things need to be kept in mind while buying it and anx-2 contains name of seller father who died 5-6yrs back and his son is selling that slum house.

Dear sir our grand father property (1acer open land )at hyderabad gifted by govt in freedom fighter quota the same is occupied by the neighbour land owner in the revenue records (pahanies)showing up to year 1995 our grand father name only as a pattadar he never sold to any body he is late now how can get the right on property kindly tell me.

Sir, I am a GPA Holder of a land owned by my Mother. GPA was registered in 2014 (She has 4 children, 3 Male & 1 Female) I am the eldest one. The land is procured by her in 1990 from the money received by her Father at the time of Marriage with my Father. My father is expired 10 yrs back.
All the documents related with the land are with me. My query is Can my Mother cancel my GPA and give the land to any of my brothers??

Is there any law which says that an Indemnity Bond could be demanded or enforced only through a decree from a court of law?
Is it legal to demand for an indemnity bond?

Hi,
My mother and me (daughter)have a flat in mumbai under joint name. A month back she transferred her share to me via gift deed of the same flat. Society is asking for transfer fee to transfer the flat completely in my name. Is society right in asking for transfer fee? Kindly help

Hi,
Written notice was given to the tenant he was mistreating us, insulting us and misbehaving by telling lies and misuse of words. He is ordering us to do as he says else he will take legal action against us. He is one at fault and he is terrifying us and threatening us. The person is extremely cheap, stubborn, cunning and sarcastic modulating and manipulating things every second. He is dictating terms to us and behaving like he is owner of the property and we are his servants. I am in my early pregnancy and because of the stress and tension this person is giving me I may risk my unborn baby's life.
Please advice how to quickly resolve the matter. Urgent help needed. If there is a good property lawyer in Bangalore Banaswadi area please advice and share the contact details.

Registration of Mortgage for home loan
Hi
I understand that we have mostly 2 types of mortgage : Registered Mortgage & Equitable mortgage for securing home loan.
My queries are
1) which of this Attract MOD charges paid to state govt?
2) should the property be mortgaged within the jurisdiction of the registrar under which the property is registered? Ex: i buy a property registered in Tamil nadu, but get loan sactioned in Karnataka where the MOD charges are remitted to Karnataka govt.
3) HDFC Bank follows which type of mortgage? Are there any caveats here?
