Respected experts...mere papa g apne papa ki zmeen par ghar bna rhe he..to foundation ka kam complete ho gya h ..ab aage ka kam suru karna he..to sath me ek paid h (tree) kafi bda he usko katne k bina hamara kam aage nhi chal sakta or kr b diya to aane wale 2 ya 3 saal m hmare mkaan PR girega..
Ab problem ye he sir k hmari zmeen k sath me hi hmare pdosi ki zmeen h or us ne court m dawa kiya h k jhan pr ye mkaan bna rhe hain uske neeche meri zmeen h or saath m WO paid (tree)wali jagah ko b apni bta rha h ..or humain us tree ko katne se mna kr rha h or court se stay order bhi bhijwa diya..
Ab na WO us zmeen ki jldi nishandehi le RHA h or na hi humain aage kam krne de RHA h or ye b bol RHA he k main is foundation ko ukhdwa dunga..to sir main abhi abhi job krne LGA hu ..or papa bhi govt Service krte h or humain kam chlana h jaldi se jldi so plez suggest us ..
Main maafi chahta hu k main is language me likh RHA hu .but sir mujhe achi trh se English nhi aati ..uske liye sorry.
Ab aap hi humain guide kre ..humain kaam b chlana he or WO tree b katna h Jo humari jgah me h or us pdosi ne aisa kiya ..so suggest us the right way ..

my father passed away in may.my mother too is no more.we are two married sisters.my father i his huf has share holdings in demat account.what are the laws for claiming the shares for married daughters

A senior citizen couple are required to file Compliance Application in Bombay High Court due to default by the builder in the Consent Terms. They don't have resources to pay advocates and so pl. advice the alternate option of filing the said application in person. TIA for your time and guidance.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I'm Ganesh Kumar from Kurnool(Kurnool Municipalitiy Corporation), Andhra Pradesh. Currently my grand mother have problems with our relatives(Dayadi) who want to occupy her house. Recently we have made some alterations to the house and I could see there were no registration papers on the same. They have very old agreements between their fore fathers(father of my grand father with his brothers). Now our relatives(Dayadi) are saying the entire place belongs to them and we don't have right to live in the house. They even attacked my family members and police were involved to settled down.
Now I want to know the procedure for getting registration papers for the place in 1960's and built small house in 1980's, recently it was rebuilt again. Kindly let me know the details on the procedure.

Hi,
I actually belong to Schedule caste and I am planning to buy a land in Bangalore and that land belong to a general. As after the deed, I will be the owner but I have query if I want to sell that property in future again , Can I sale that to general or it would be a litigation issue?

My grandfather was a stock broker & member in a stock exchange.As a member he has given some shares as security deposit in exchange now my grandfather is expired & he has 2 sons my father & my uncle, my father is also expired.
My grandfather has stop working as stock broker but he dont given his membership in exchange & as time run we all forget about it & my grandfather expired.Few months ago we get letter from exchange that we should give up our membership & take ours security deposit back as we are not working from long.
Problem is that my grandfather daughters (my father & my uncle sister) are claiming that they have equal right in this deposit as it is ancestral property.
Now my question is:-
Does my grandfather daughters has equal rights in this case.

Dear Sir,
I am resident tenant at baranagar Municipal Area. Land lord does not allowing us to Clear the Swerage and Drains since 2012. Due to which water is not droping to outer drain our tenant portion is totaly become dirty. i had reported the same to municipality but no steps taken by them still. please recomend what i should do to clear out the drains.
