Green (parks and open spaces )

Respected Sirs

I purchased 1200 sqft residential land near Arisinakunte ( Nelamangala - Bangalore North) during March 2012. As the developer was known to me since 12 years of time, So i did not check any legalities.
Yesterday when i saw CDP plan 2015, the land registered to me falls in Green (Parks and open spaces/ sports / burial ground/ cemeteries / Burial grounds ).
My doubts are

1) How the land got registered in my name at Sub-register office during March 2012?

2) To-day i had been to stamp vendor and asked about the property hurdles. He says that still the site can be registered in another's name ( meaning Sale of plot ) but presently Khatha cannot be obtained to revenue residential layouts due to govt decision.

3) So i have options to deceive the innocent.

4) Currently I cannot ask the developer regarding genuineness of the property as very recently the developer lost his daughter in an accident.

5) Still how many people should get victimized of these registration issues. I mean govt should not encourage these kind of land use for registration and put people into dilemma.

6) Lastly if govt acquire my property can i claim for compensation or benefits from govt reaches the original land developer

Please advice me regarding the property.

Thanking you

Yours Faithfully
Narahari

Property query

My grandfather died in the year 2011, and left with 5 sons and 4 daughters. He also left with properties with his name and my grandmother’s name. Before he died, he did not prepare any will and grandmother still alive. After 3 years, my father expired (eldest son) and my mother is still alive. Now, the remaining 4 sons of my grandfather are separating, so they are asking my mother’s signature. Our family (my father, mother and two of my youngest brother and me) came out our grandfather family 20 year’s back. We have not separated from our grandfather family; however my father did an exchange deed, gave some property in his name in exchange of a house in the name of my grandfather to live. We are hearing that 4 of my uncles (my father’s brothers) they did a will with my Grandmother. Can I know how much property we (my mother or grandson) can claim the property. Can we get the full 1 share of the value of the property that is under my grandfather’s name? Can we also (either my mother or grandson) claim our grandmother’s property?

Application for stay order

My question is regarding stay order. After my father in laws demise, his property was transferred to my mother in law by default. They have an Imitation Jewellery shop which is handled by my brother in law. My husband also used to be over there but my brother in law fought & removed him. Even we have our jewellery business wherein we do exhibitions but we are not allowed to get into the shop. My mother in law has also warned my husband that dare he enters her shop. But my question is - Isn't there a law wherein father's property has equal rights to all or it's the property's owner who can decide which son to keep & whom to discard. We r not asking for distribution of shop but just if even we can manage our business by getting a place in the shop. Or else both the brothers work together with equal share. Can we put a stay order on the shop in this case??

Clause added to the hindu succession amendment act...

Respected Sir/Madam,

There has been a recent clause addition to "The Hindu Succession Act 1956" where the Supreme Court said that, "Daughters cannot inherit ancestral property if father died before 9th September, 2005".

My query is that, is this clause applicable to the whole of India (including West Bengal) or only in some states ?

Recently, a person from the legal field told me that this clause has been enforced only in some states and not in west bengal, hence I am confused about the truth.

Kindly, anyone reply with the actual fact.

Thanks in advance.
