Respected Sir,
My friend wants to purchase agriculture land in Karnataka, However
1) my friend is non resident in Karnataka state, Kindly guide whether he can buy Agriculture land in Karnataka?
2)what documents will be needed to produce in front of Registration Authority to purchase said Agri. Land?
3)How much Stamp & Registration Fees need to be paid on agreement value of Consideration amount?
4) what is legal procedure to record the effect of Sale Deed after execution and registration in the record of rights of the subject land?

My grandfather is died 4years ago..and he z having 2daughter's 3sons.no is caring or giviving money to my grandmother.0ne house was there in the name of my grandfather. my grandmother is taking rent of that house for past 1year..now her sons are not allowing to take that rent money also..so grandmother decided to take that house in her name.. because she gave field property to 3sons and plots also.. and her sons,also in higher position good jobs.so can u suggest me how my grandmother can take that house without any objection with her sons?????

For my grandma 2daughters and 3sons and my mother is first one and iam granddaughter above 18years and remaining my uncle aunt daughters are 12yrs old.no one is caring for my grand mother and no one is giving money even daughters also..soo she is staying with me for past 3yrs this yr she decided to give her property to me.that property is on my grandma name.so any one will do objection if I take that property????

My Sister's husband has a brother. They purchased a home before 15 years with combined names ( both of them) on home loan from bank. Now they got separated,his brother purchased new home for his family with mutual agreement.
Pl guide how to make the present home papers on his name only. i.e. how to delete his brothers name from this home.
all original purchase papers are at bank.

Sir, I from azamgarh UP. Two years back I went to Lucknow for purchasing of a plot. After that I contact one builder and he was starting taking money ad advance from me for the sake of cheap plot. Slowly slowly I had paid (660000) . but before 6 month he told us I am unable to give u any plot. Then I start to take back my money . for that he was giving a cheque also but that was bounse at time period. Till now he was not refunded my money . What can I do please suggeste me.
