Inheritance of daughter on father's property after his death

A Muslim father dies leaving behind 5 children, 2 daughters from his first marriage and 2 sons and a daughter from his second marriage. First wife is divorced. His will is not traceable. What would be the share of inheritance for the children from the first and second wife if there is no will. Can he make a will to deny his property to the children from first wife and give all the property to the second wife and his children? Can that will be questioned for its authenticity and legality. Thanks

Married daughter share in mother's property

My aunt was married befor 1986, our property is in the name of our grand mother who is not alive right now. As per Andrapradesh 1986 property act, I read that daughter married before 1986 will not have any share in the property. Is that true or any other amendments are there for this where my my aunt can claim share as per property act in Andhra pradesh. Please clarify.

My father and mother made agreement with first owner of house... who had got the house from mhada on lottry basis... 1987 made agreement that such person has no ability to pay the installment of mhada and he giving the possession of the same property to our mother... And he has given us all documents regarding the same... From 1987 our mother has paid all installment and we got letter from mhada in 1994...that the senior of mhada has given the permission regarding the allotment of the house in the name of our mother and pay some last dues and u will get the allotment letter for the same.... So my question is... What should I do for registration of my mother name on property card... Is the allotment letter from mhada is sufficient for the same...

Procedure

My grand father-purchased a lease hold property (House) in 1968 at new Delhi. He died in 1988 without leaving any will. My grandfather- left behind two sons & two daughters. In 1996 my father and his brother applied for conversion of property into freehold and mutation after obtaining NOC from their sisters and mother. Land & Development office converted the property into freehold and conversion deed was duly registered in their joint names. Now the property stand registered in the joint names of my father and his brother. In 2000 my father and his brother partitioned that property and got partition deed registered at registrar. We are hindu by religion and my father want to give this property to my elder brother. I was major at the time of partition.

My query :-
1. Kindly tell me if I have any right in that property being his son
2. CAN I ASK FOR MY SHARE IN THAT PROPERTY.
3. Can file partition suit on my father.
