We are the Claimants in an Arbitration. Respondents have been under unauthorized possession of our very prime property since 2000(entered land under license from 1997-2000). We keep getting an extention from the court every three months to finish the arbitration but the Arbitrator and the Respondent are in no hurry to finish the arbitration as they have nothing to lose. They refuse to comply with any directions of the Arbitrator, even refuse to pay the Arbitrator and yet the Arbitrator says that he is POWERLESS to do anything coercive or even pass a punitive order since they won't pay up.Plus, the Arbitrator can't even pass an order directing an arrest warrant.
After 3 years of Arbitration, the Respondents have even filed an application in the court questioning the jurisdiction of the Arbitrator.
There doesn't seem to be an end in sight. What can be done? Is there nay way the Court can intervene and speed up things?

Dear all,
I had applied for the survey of my land in Sarjapura, Bangalore. It's been 3 years now, but no one has come to do the survey even though it's on seniority basis. How should I proceed further without paying the bribe.

sir .i have sell one property..buyer makes a registry in which he mention 6.5 lac demand draft and 2.5 lac cash. .i was no aware of the fact that we cant take more than rs 20000 in cash..in the registry itself 2.5 lac is mentioned as cash..will it be a problem for us..

Sir i am balance transferring my home loan to another bank & I have submitted the oc but they are asking for a another oc in which the pipeline, drainage completion has to be mentioned but as per KDMC OC format it is not mentioned. Please give me a solution

dear experts
a person excuted his land in favor of his daughter in 1968 and she enjoying the same since the date.the document is on rs.10/- bond stating the same is given with love and affection for seving him.her brother who is miner at that time and later when he became majer also signed on the document as agreed and like one of the witnesses
but later he got mutuated with out her consent in the revenue records but till date she is cultivating the land.
recently she came to know that and asked her brother but bluntly he said that YOU CANT DO ANY THING AND I AM THE OWNER AS PER THE RECORD.
hence advice on this

is it necessary impounding the document as she wants to file a suit for declaration suit.

Dear Sir,
We have 5 buildings of 170 flats in our complex and we want different societies for every building. Kindly advice me how many members are required for society formation & for society committee. Kindly also let me know can we insist our builder to form 5 societies instead of 1 society.
