Dear sir,
we have a plot which is given by govement for farmer which they name as 12.50% property.
we have given that plot for development to builder with aggement that after construnction he will take half part and we will get half part .means out of 30 flat he will get 15 and we get 15.and additional he gave some money per falt to us .
Now construction has started and my builder has sell his part to other people and now he is telling that those people who buy house from his not getting home loan.
so he is telling to do triparty, which we feel that is not correct.because it will give all rights to builder and we will be for the name sake.pl give me suggetion what to do for this ?

My father inherited 4 acres of agricultural land from my grandfather. He is a retired goverment servant and earning a good pension apart from the income from this ancestral agricultural land. We are only two brothers but due to reasons unknown to me, my father always traets me like a step son. My father spends the income from this agricultural land on the family of my brother but does not give me anything. Now I have come to know that he is planning to sell this land. What can I do in this matter? Can I file a partition suit for this land even when my father is alive? I live in a different city separate from my father. Can I claim my share in this property during the life time of my father?

sir ,my question is we have property which is in the name of my mother in law now her daughter is claiming for the share in that property who is debarred by her mother as after my mother in law my sons along with my husband have the share in that property as equal or have more right then my husband and her daughter as for my sons it would be the ancestral property.

Hi
My grandfather expired around 7 years ago and at that time there was no mention of any will. My mother have 4 sisters and a brother. after my grandfathers death most of the property has been used by 2 sisters and brother of my mother.
Now suddenly my mother's brother has come asking her to sign a document stating a NOC for a house and a factory.
my mother wishes to have her share partially if not complete
What are her rights ?
What can she do to get her share from sister and brother /
