My father in law has sold his property to me and a sale deed has been executed.
two years back his elder daughter in law had made a sale agreement on a plane paper.
My question is can his elder daughter in law get this sale deed revoked based on her sale agreement?

I had purchased flat for residential purpose in Sep 2008 against loan from Kotak bank. The sellers bank had transferred the original documents to Kotak Bank with Share Certificate.
Now I found that the share certificates are not been transferred in my name.
I am giving request to society to transfer the same in my name now.
Can I sell my flat once I get share certificates transferred in my name?

Hi
Facts-
I belong to hindu family and resides in Uttar pradesh. My mother has 3 brothers and a sister (all married). My grandfather inherited agricultaural land (located in Uttar pradesh) from his father during early 80's. My grand father died in 1989. He did not made any will. After his death his wife & all his children had signed certain document pertaining to his property (i dont have the complete details right now- pls give your ans in possible situations). Post his death the land was given on rent by my uncles and the receipts were shared among my 3 uncles & grandmother. My father died in 2002.
My uncles have sold the agricultural land about an year ago without informing my mother and my aunt. Now both my mother and aunt wants to claim their share.
My questions are-
1. Their (my mom & aunt) status as coparceners.
2. Their right to claim share in sale proceeds of land.
3. Can they claim their share in the income earned by renting the land.
4. What are the applicable statutes
Thankyou

My parents are residing in Delhi. They are dependent on me.Both of them are above the age of 60 yrs.Now ,To avoid any litigation after death,i am thinking to get a registered will from them.We are 4 sisters & myself(only son). There are a few properties situated in Delhi and U.P.registered in their name Basically I had contributed the most at the time of purchase.Due to foolishness of mine I had advised them to registered in their name. Now I want to transfer these assets back to my name by least expensive way,as i come to know that after the death probatment is require in case of "will" .Suggest

My father inherited 4 acres of agricultural land from my grandfather. He is a retired goverment servant and earning a good pension apart from the income from this ancestral agricultural land. We are only two brothers but due to reasons unknown to me, my father always traets me like a step son. My father spends the income from this agricultural land on the family of my brother but does not give me anything. Now I have come to know that he is planning to sell this land. What can I do in this matter? Can I file a partition suit for this land even when my father is alive? I live in a different city separate from my father. Can I claim my share in this property during the life time of my father?

Respected Sirs,
Whether flat purchased by father in 1980 by his own money/savings and payment for the purchase of the said flat has also made from his own bank account, but the said flat was purchased in the name of one of his his son. can this transaction considered as a Benami Transaction? Father expired in 1990 without making any will and leaving behind him 4 legal heirs. Is there any legal possible consequences with regard to the said flat/son? If its was a Bemani transaction, what could be the possible outcome in future?
Please advise.
Thanks.

a mere contract for sale of immovable property does not create any interest in immovable property. why?
2) why rule against perpetuity is not applied against lease?
3)rule against perpetuity doesnot apply to a charge or exercise of equity of redemption by mortgagor but in absence of a charge payment of income to a payee from generation to generation is void as offending this bill.?
4)an appeal dismissed with costs, what does it mean?
