Dear Sir,
I have a property in Gurgaon which I want to resell. The builder has just finished construction and has sent me a letter of possession. But I do not want to take possession or spend money on registration of the property so I want the builder to transfer the property to the buyer who will register the property in his name. I'm willing to pay the transfer charges. But the builder is saying that a transfer is not possible after the possession letter is issued. Is this true? Any expert advice would be highly appreciated.

Hello,
This is my first query in this website.
My wife's father sold his DDA flat in Delhi for 16 lakh and gave all the proceeds to his son. My wife neither asked for the share nor they gave any. Does she had any right on that property or on its sales proceeds. Can she claim that share now.

Hi,
My father wants to transfer one of his property to me through settlement deed.
Would like to know the cost breakup for completing the dead including the writing fees.
Looks like the writers are trying to fleece us demanding 22k etc.
Is it possible to do it directly using the draft provided in lawyers club.
Thanks for your help.

I leased out my apartment to a corporate company. They occupied the apartment for 4 years.
1. They never paid the rent in time.
2. Their employee (tenant) has caused considerable damage to my house.
3. They are deducting tax at source. They are providing form-16 to me just few days before the last date for filing IT returns. (for eg., last year they provided on July 27th)
4. I had given them my PAN number but looks like they aren't crediting this tax collected under my PAN. When I pointed out this mistake they intially told they will do a re-file but now they are saying it is the issue of Income tax department
Can I file a case against them in consumer court or civil court ?

hi,
my father has 2 brothers &1 sister,my grandfather bought a plot 20 years ago
my grandfather had died 7 years ago & my grandmother is still living..
after my grandfather death, she divided the property into 3 parts(between 3 brothers) and all the 3 brothers have their complete paper work,
as my grandmother is living with my uncle so they have decided to approach the court that we forcefully get those papers signed from her,and she wants her husband property to be transferred to my uncle(her elder son)..
so will we loose the property if so does that...
