Hello,
My father (late) bought a revenue site in 1995 from a GPA holder and it is registered in Sub registrar office. The GPA holder acquired the land by notarised GPA from land owner. The taxes are paid and revenue(Grama Panchayti) Khata is obtained. The area is recently handed over to Corporation and presently the khata from Corporation is temporarily not issued because of Government policies. Recently the land is fenced by goons and they claim it as their ancestral property. How can we proceed & do we hold the absolute title of the property?

I have a shop taken on pagdi in a chawl since 1986 my landlord never did any repair work and also would not let us do any repair work and demanded money to give permission for carrying out repair work. We therefore stopped paying him the rent in protest and finally when the landlord verbally agreed to give me the permission to do the repair at my cost I paid him the rent till 2010. On his assurance I went ahead and gave the contract to the contractor and bought the construction material. When I started the work he came threatening me and demanded money to give permission. I went to police station to lodge a complaint but police officer was un cooperative and very rude to me after my landlord made the inspector speak to the bhai on phone,my landlord has strong links with the local Bhai and I am stuck as I have already paid to the contractor . Please help me.
Whether Bonafide Reason applies in case of Commercial Property?
Dear Sir / Mam
I maintain a shop in Model Town. The same shop was taken by me on rent in 1962 and i have been engaged in my trading business on this particular shop since then. The original owner from whom i took this shop died in the year 2005. After that, this property was transferred in the name of his widow who eventually died in 2007. Now his son has filed a case for eviction on the ground that he need the space for his residential purposes since he has two dependent sons, one daughter and a wife. However, his sons are qualified engineers reside outside Delhi and his wife works in a bank. He also has a shop adjacent to the disputed shop which he maintains for his business purposes. He also have first and second floor for his residential purposes.
Please advice...
