My Father started an huf after he threw his self aquired property into common hotchpotch. At that time he had a wife , 3 married daughters, 1 unmarried son(me). When he died, in 1979 he left a wife, 3 married daughters, 1 unmarried son. He died without a will. When my mother died in 1990 i had got married and had 2 sons. She also died interstate. Now matter is in court and how will the proerpty be divided as my father died before the amendment of 2005 so my sisters wont get a share equal to me.

Sir,
My father died intestate leaving behind total three legal shareholders of his property. Now suddenly one of the legal shareholder has filed probate case by attaching a forged laminated will that too is 25 years back. Though I have yet to receive the notice from court, can I approach the court before hand ? Secondly, suggest appropriate defence steps/point to be taken up in the petition against forged laminated will. Thirdly, can I stop the publication of this forged will under the above circumstances.

After death of father brother 'A' have given an notarises affidevit on Rs100 non judicial stamp paper that due to shifting in Punjab he was unable to continue in that firm ,so he is transfering his 1/3 partership share in favour of one brother 'B'. So on behalf of that affidevit brother 'B' demanding to Industry deprtmnt that 2/3 of alotted land (4 plots each having area of 5000 sqr feet)should allot to him separately in proprietorship because remaining both brother are not intrested in partnership. Dear sir,
I have bought a house in Paramount Residency, Nagaram, Keesara Mandal, Hyderabad and been staying in the flat for last 2 1/2 years.
so far our property tax assessment has not been done as builder is asking all of us to approach Gram Panchayat directly.
Please guide us whether property tax assessment is responsibility of Builder or people who have bought flats.
Your kind advise on the matter will be highly appreciated.

Prabhakar Srivastava.
declaration of self acquired property
Sir,
My husband has filed a suit for dclaration of his self acquired property in his home town along with partition for ancistors property..We are living seperately from the joint family and we both are working in an autonomous body and getting monthly salary sice from our marriage ie., 1991. My husband has purchased 16 guntas of land in his name at his home town during1995. He has constructed a small house there for the residential purpose of us whenever we visit the village. Prior to this our father in law who is still alive had sold some portion of his self acquired property for repayment of loan borrowed at the marriage time of my sisterin law. But in the sale deed it was mentioned that the property is being sold for the sake of purchasing a new property. Now consequnt to filing of a suite for declaration my brother in law and father in law who are now residing in that house are disputing that the land which is purchased by my husband also belongs to joint property and also the house constructed by us there. They have left the old ancistors house and started living in our house after this dispute. Even they are not allowing us to go to our house. He (MY husband brother)has even tried to file a criminal case against my husband and also lodged police complaint for dowry case from his wife. Sir we very much suffered from all these incidents please guide us to come out from this.
