Is probate of a will necessary or compulsory also if the will is registered in transfer of property???

It is the necessity which makes taking probate a mandatory provision.

If the prospective purchaser dispense with the Probate then no need for Probate especially when the Will contains only that property in question.

yes the probate of the will is necessary.otherwise you never be the owner

Not taking of probate does not mean that the beneficiary is not the owner.

Yes probate is necessary, probate decides the genuineness of the Wil.
