My fathers were three brothers.
They inherited a property from their father i.e. my grandfather
My father had a share in aforesaid property
My father died in 2006
After his death I came to know that my brother has entered into a family settlement with my uncles without tking my consent and without putting this into my knowledge.
They got the family settlement registered in 2007.
when later I came to know about it somehow I acquired a copy of the settlement. In the settlement there was a reference of a will reportedly made by father before his death in 2006 in his sons,(i.e. my only brother's) name.
Copy of this will was never shown to me nor I was ever told about this.
Do I have a share in aforesaid property
Copy of this

We are two brothers and two sisters of our late parents. Our father has left a house and some moveable assets. A dispute arose between us and our sisters about the assets left behind by our father. They have filed a suit for partition of property before the High Court of Delhi. The mater was being debated in the family for sometime. Now all the four of us have reached an agreement for partition of all assets of our late parents.
I seek your advice as to what documentation needs to be executed to ensure that no further claim is raised by any of the family members or their heirs at any later stage.
Thanks and regards

Husband and wife are working. Both take action and purchased a plot and construct the house. Property was purchased after the marriage and was registered on husband name.
wife & husband are not in good terms now, living together, there is no divorce, planning for divorce)
Further, the land was purchased by pleadging wife jewels, by bank loan of both and savings of LIC of both and wife is the co-applicant for the Home loan. And necessary permission was obtained by the department and the pleadging of jewels details was entered in the registered document.
If husband not ready to give share on the property. In what mode the problem can be solved. Pl. explain in detail.

Land deal
hello sir,I have purchased a land one year ago.in the deal agreement i paid 5%of the land price as advance then after some days(say 10days)i paid 35% of the land price and taken 7 month time for rest payment(all these things were clearly mentioned in the agreement). After 5 months i again paid 30% of the payment and asked another 7 month time(extended the agreement period).since the land was in a interior place the party agreed to give time without disputes.then after eleventh month i paid 25% of the payment.therefore hereby i have already paid 95% of the payment and only 5% was remaining which i told i will pay on the registration day.the party agreed and i have written ed it in the agreement clearly. Now That party is telling that he is not selling the land.If i want the land i must pay 40% extra money. The agreement time is still valid for 10 days.and in the agreement i have written leagelly. i asked my
lawyers, they told me if i go to court i will win.But the matter is court might take long time.so is there any ideas to settel it down without going to court...? Please suggest me...
