I have following queries regarding property sale:
1. Can property be sold through GPA, current title of property is through the registered sale deed
2. Can the property located in say, Maharashtra be sold through registered sale deed in registrar office of another state, say, Haryana.

yes can register sale to another state but he must register property location register office

1)sale by GPA is legal one, provided GPA should be enforceable,and issuer of GPA should be alive. 2) you can register the property only to the respective sub registrar office only.

YES is the answer if GPA is also registered and provides for sale on behalf of owner.

NO!unless owner has some title in Haryana to be sold by same deed.
