Now tehsildar taking favor to that person and give a one month notice to that fake person. (Although he mentioned wrong address). Anyone suggest, how to decrease the summon duration?

My father died in 1991. myself and my brother are the benifieries of immovable property.we signed affidavits in 1995 documented by an advocate for having taken possession of our portions. we pay tax etc independanty. My brother has applied for letters of administration / probating which is still pending. I understand that there is no need to probate for the properties in
chennai if the partition is with in blood relations. secondly we are living separately in our portions since 1995 and no one hasclaimed for this portion. does it not prove that the will which is registered is genuine and where is the necessity to probate when the intention of the law is proved by our long stay.

Hi Experts,
I wanted to clarify a doubt regarding my recent dispute with my home loan provider.I have take a loan for 20yrs and paid the EMI for 1yr. i got a call from a person stating that he is from the bank and i have some extra dues to be paid as the ROI of home loan is increased. i was not informed abt this for 3months and for that they said they were sending letters to my old address.i went to the bank and they explained the same and asked me to sign a new ECS form to deduct the increased EMI according to present ROI. they said till i sign that they cant process the ECS for the new EMI. however this month they have tried taking the New Increased EMI from my account, which bounced as i kept only the required fund which i was paying a old EMI. Is this activity of Illegal thats trying to take unsigned ECS amount ?? Also they have called my family members and spoke like threatning..Can i go for a legal action for this action of the bank ?? Is yes what the right way to proceed.
Thanks

My Husbands cousin brother say “O” was allotted a plot by dda under the large scale acquisition scheme in the year 2000. “O” executed the registered Will of that property/plot say “ABC” in my favour in july 2000. In the said Will other propertry of “O” had also been bequeathed by “O” in my favour . Since “O” was not able to pay up the demand money of dda therefore the said property was cancelled by dda. As per policy “O” was again now allotted the plot say “XYZ” by dda in july 2003. “O” expired in august 2003 without changing the property number in the Will . I paid up the demand raised by the dda in respect to property no. “XYZ” . I presented the Will dt july 2000 in dda for mutation ,which was having the address of the property as “ABC” , but the dda refused to do mutation in my favour stating that the plot/ property number in the Will dt. july 2000 is different(“ABC”) from the one allotted(“XYZ”) to “O” by dda . Now the real brother of the “O” is asserting his rights over the property no. “XYZ” claiming to be the only LR of “O” . It is pertinent to mention here that the real brother of the “O” has given a NOC in my favour , on the basis of the Will dt. july 2000 , in one of the civil court in respect to the one of the other property mentioned in Will july 2000. THe will dt. July 2000 has not been probated yet .
Now my query is 1) can I claim the rights on the plot number “XYZ” on the basis of the Will dt. july 2000 which mentions the plot/property number “ABC” . 2) Does the real brother of the “O” has any right over the property no. “XYZ”. 3) Is the Will dt. july 2000 invalid in respect to property no. “XYZ” . 4) how can I get back the plot / property in my name

Dear experts please answer my query,
Trail court framed 4 issues and answered all against plaintiff.
Appeal made by plaintiff, appellate court discuses 2 issues and ordered that "the Judgment and Decree of lower court is Set aside"
1)Since Judgment set aside, whether all the 4 issues, (finding) of trail court are set-aside OR only 2 issues discussed and answered by the appellate court is reversed?
2) whether the finding of the trail court on issuses no which no discuses or answer made by appellate court is the final? If not what will be the answer to the 2 issues not answered by appellate court?
Thanks in advance.

Model bye laws maharstra cooperative housing society
The model bye laws have been amended.
The question is whether the amended bye laws become applicable to societies from the date of notification or they are effective only when adopted by society through an AGM.
