Vendor not providing invoice

Hello,

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this query, but thought this would be closest. Request for kind response.

I have purchased a laptop before Diwali from a local vendor in Pune and took the home delivery of the machine. The payment I have done is through account payee cheque to the vendor. The vendor promised to give me the invoice once the cheque is encashed, but did not keep the commitment. I have followed up with him so many times, but he keeps avoiding and not providing me the invoice. Kindly let me know what will be the best way to ask him for the invoice in legal way, probably through consumer forum. Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards,
AP

Difference b/e revenue records & sub register records in city

Actually I have 2 properties i.e 1)residential vacant land of 1 acre & 2)house of 230 sq yds which is in name of my father who had expired two years before by writing WILL & registered in sub register office in my name.Actually 2 properties comes under corporation & place is city in andhrapradesh state & there is no need of Probate of WILL in my state. With help of registered WILL I have mutuated my name in municipal records i.e House tax, drainage tax & Electricity board. But problem is
1)Not possible Mutuation of name in revenue records.i.e In my city there is sub register office in which WILLS,All types of GPA,All types of deeds like Gift,Sale..,marriage registeration activities took place. AND in Taluk office MRO(Thalsidar),RI...etc is the staff & activities are issuing Income proof, community, nativity certificates..so on & also survey no details also available.
Actually I heard that with Registered WILL & death certifiate of testator,MUTUATIONS held in Revenue records. But in sub register office ,Additional sub register officer said that here it is not & it is only in revenue records. So I went to Taluk office but they not responding
A) What is the difference between revenue records & sub register records
2)In my situation mutuation will occur in TALUK OFFICE OR in SUB REGISTER OFFICE
3)If it is in taluk office& IF MRO will mutuate my name in revenue record then can u tell what is that revenue record & after mutuation whether I can get any mutuation certificate in my name

Mhada transfer to family members after death of owner

Dear Expert,

When MHADA property owner dies without a will, how can the MHADA property be transferred to all the children (in this case 5) to ensure that once the property is sold-off, everyone gets their equal share from the proceeds of the sale, without having to put trust into one another? Can there be a trust set up to do this? Please suggest !

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank You

Threat of encroachment on my property- urgent advise sought...

A small piece of land and a house at our village in Kerala State joined owned by me and my wife, bounded all 4 sides by one feet height wall.On one side of my property outside the boundary, a 3 ft.wide walking path leading to the houses of 3 neighbours have been provided by us for about 15 years or so.We are employed in Gujarat and our house in Kerala is vacant. Now that one of the neighbours got elected as a Panchayat Member and it is reported to us by some our our relations in Kerala that she plans to illegally demolish our boundary wall and construct a road to her house overnight without our knowledge. Kindly advise if we have any preventive remedies.

Further, as we are in Gujarat, whether a Notarised Power of Attorney executed by us Gujarat authorising any of our relations to take legal actions to prevent our neighbour from her plan of encroachment to our land will be in order or whether we have to personally visit Kerala for this purpose. Urgent advise requested please.
