sir;
i had purchased a property in 2005. there was a dispute among two brothers and a civil case was going on the ownership of the above said property. i made the settlement and paid both brothers seperately. original papers were in the favour of elder brother and the younger brother was in possession. i executed agreement to sell and gpa in favour of me from elder brother and an MOU was signed b/w me and younger brother and payment was made accordingly. afterwards their was more disputes among me and them so sale deed couldnt be executed. in 2010 i, with the help of gpa was able to execute sale deed with all legal procedures. but to my shock that gpa wasnt registered. i made an police complaint on both brothers and they challenged my sale deed and had put a case of wrong execution of sale deed.
MY QUERIES:-
1. IF SALE DEED(NOT NOTARISED) EXECUTED FROM AN UNREGISTERED GPA VALID?
2. AGREEMENT TO SELL, WILL,MOU ETC. ALL LEGAL PAPERS DONE BEFORE THE DATE OF GPA WILL MAKE ANY HELP?
3. IF I WANT TO SELL THE PROPERTY IS THEIR ANY WAY?

sir,
my friends, a group of six, have planned to purchase a plot and to construct six houses for their dwelling as flats by their equal monies. how to legalize this plan? some one advises them to register a house building society. but they think that their rights should be equal and not make this plan commercially, only for their dwelling purpose. please guide them.

Is there any ruling or citation to confirm that the properties derived by a Hindu woman through the latest coparcenary right given to her by the 1989 amendment Act of Tamilnadu state as well as 2005 Act of central Govt. are her absolute properties as enumerated under Sec.14 of Hindu Succession Act. To say it clear, that her children shall have no right in the same; that she need not share those properties with her children and that she can deal with the same as she likes.

Sir,
Please answer the following.
If school assets and land are owned by eight family members governed by a WILL then,
What is the intelligent way to manage the school and its affairs. eg. any society to be formed for managing etc.
1.Then, what is the position of the assets owned by the 8 persons in the nature of school property and land.
2.Whether the 8 persons can freely transfer their right over the property as and when they wish to do so.
3.Is it needed to transfer the property in the name of the Society which runs the school.
4.Or the 8 persons can continue to enjoy the assets in their own names unitedly and parallelly a society formed to exclusively run the school and manage its affairs.
5.What is the best method to adopt for running the school and for safeguarding the assets at the interest and freedom of 8 members.
Sir please answer the query.

In the process of redevelopment , the selected developer has asked my CHS to get MoU signed with him.
I would prefer to directly go for development agreement as this would make the developer more responsible. However in case of MoU ,CHS members would be bound with the developer(upper hand).
I do not want to go for unnecessary paper work
Kindly Advise?
Signature forgery & cheating from builder.
I'd purchased a Flat in 2008. At the time of Registration, 1st cheque of my home loan was disbursed with my signature, however the remaining amount was disbursed (in 2 installments) in subsequent months without my knowledge and signature.
Builder upon receiving entire amount, systematically avoided the construction activites and now left in the midway with still lot of work pending. When approached, he will settle the issue in the Court of Law. However, am paying the EMI regularly for no benefit in return.
Kindly help me in clarifying/answering the below questions -
1) As my flat issue is around 3 yrs old, can i approach the consumer court for help ?
2) If so, what's the process in approaching the court and getting settled the issue ?
3) How to find able lawyer, who can work professionally and help me in resolving the case ?
4) Can i take any action on ICICI Bank ?
5) Want to Reschedule the Loan Cycle i.e. stop the interest calculation on my loan, until the completion of my flat.
Note:- From the Disbursement Forms submitted by the Bank, i can clearly establish the Signature Forgery.
