Self acquired property

I bought a house in 1992. At the time of buying I was abroad so I had given power of eternity to my brother to buy in my name. He bought the house in my name but also included his name in dastavez and kabza karar document as mukhtiar and co-owner respectively. I was unware of this till now as I was abroad for around 30 years. My brother along with his family live in my house. There is no room for my family. He also made me make an affidavit giving him 45% of my property. I want to sell my house but he doesnt allow he says he is also the owner and mukhtiar of the house. When I ask him to give my share he says he cant as he doesnt have money. He has power of eternity paper and kabza karar paper and tax bills. I only have dastavez and copy of tax bill and kabza karar document and unstamped copy of power of eternity which i gave him to buy the house. What can I do?

Some are in the name of father, some are in the name of my uncle and some are jointly named..

While my father is having his profession while my uncle is running the family jointly business in which my father and family members too have deposits..

My father is willing to offer and share equally his entire earned income..

Dispute over gift deed

We are 6 brothers and 5 sisters, i had purchased land from my income in mother's name in 1997. She gifted ("Gift Deed") it back to me in 2010. Now my brothers are challenging partition suit in court claiming that it is family owned property, though my mother and sisters are accepting that it is property that should belong to me. Please let us know the outcome of this court case and how we could proceed further.

Gated community amenities

Hi,
In a gated community, I do not use amenities like Club house and swimming pool. Still the association is charging me for the usage charges (electricity consumption by gym equipment, and swimming pool regeneration). All these charges are divided equally to all the members. In the quorum, majority agreed to pay these charges. I denied to pay because I do not use them. What if I deny to pay these charges?
