Great grand father land - my right

Hi, I am Nirav Shah. My query is as below.
My great Grandfather along with his brother had purchased a land in Gujrat. Post their death both the family went to court for wealth including the house and the land. Eventually 20 years ago both party went into out of court settlement in which a piece of land was awarded to the family of my great grad father. During the settlement in the land document (7/12) only four name were added. Two of my uncle, Grandfather and my Dad. However my dad has another 3 sister and one brother whose names are not there in the land document.I would like to know
1) What is the legal right of my uncle whoes name is not there in land document over this land?
2) My Dad is also passed away. What is my status regarding the land?

There are no other document/agreement available.

Mining operations on agriculture land

Dear experts,

A mining company(Public sector) wishes to start mining of mineral on agriculture lands in the state of Gujarat. Is it possible that instead of purchasing the agriculture land, it can take the land on lease for mining purpose for a period of time (say 10 years) and after extracting the mineral and rehabilitating the land by making it again suitable for agriculture, return to its owner?
Alternatively, is it possible to convert the agricultural land to N.A. purpose (mining in this case)and return to the owner after converting it again to the agricultural land?
Please advise at the earliest as the matter is urgent.

Best regards.

Property

I bought a piece of provisionally regularized property in an unauthorized colony in Delhi against POA. Can this property be registered in the Sub-Registrar office of the Revenue Deptt. ? After regularization can the property then be registered ? May I know the documentation and procedural formalities involved in registering my property ?

Thank you.

Clarification on legal formalities followed in a partition suit

I have filed partition suit on August 2014 for my ancestral property. My father was the only son. All the property was inherited by my father from my grand father. my grandfather is not alive. My grandfather had made those property on his own(self made). Now my father wants to give everything to my brother and is selling land without my knowledge. We are family of 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

I need clarification regarding my case. 3 dates are already gone. They did not attend the first two hearing and I have proof that the summon was delivered to them. On the 3rd date they have given their reply. 4th date is due in next month.

My lawyer suggested that on the next date, on my behalf, my lawyer will produce some application (I am not able to describe you the legal term), which is to go for settlement. court will give us a 60 days time for settlement/out of court settlement.

I want to know if this is the normal process. Or am I missing on something…should I follow this and wait for another 60 days for settlement.

Property at bangalore

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have zeroed in on a DC converted, B Khata ground floor constructed independent house in Bangalore. I got it scrutinized by a Lawyer and I have spoken to the neighbors. I learnt that The AC had cancelled the grant on 2/12/10 since it was a grant land and was sold before 15 years however in 2011 against the petition filed by the owners the DC on 17/8/11 set aside AC order and subsequently the layout was DC converted on 23/1/2013. Further to this I inquired at the DC office against any appeal by the Government. in any of the courts. I found out there is no appeal till date.
My concern is, in future is there any possibility of further implications/ Rulings on this or is it relatively a safe property to buy.

Kind Regards,
Dr. Asesh B

Installation of cctv cameras

Respected Sirs,

I m a landlord of a property in Mumbai. I have rented out one premises to a tenant on monthly rent. However when the premises were rented out NO deposit or PAGDI was taken from him . Now recently the Tenant has carried out illegal additions/alterations in the premises and on this BMC has issued M R T P .The tenant has been asked to restore the premises as per the original plan but ibstead the tenant has filed suit on BMC in city civil court. Also I have filed 2 suits against the tenant in small causes court.
Recently on sunday some of the window glasses were broken by some miscreants. The blame and suspect is on me because I M in litigation with him. I M the member of the society and he is my tenant. He has installed CCTV cameras in the compound without permission from me or the society. This is done to keep a watch specially on me.Now it has become difficult for me to move in the compound as I M in constant fear of getting caught on the camera. The electric meter room is situated in line with the camera so even if I enter this room the tenant will think that I am doing some mischief.
Sir please advice me that with the pending suits can the tenant install such cameras in the premises not owned by him and with out the permission of society
Please advice.
Thanking you in advance
