trade marks

in an application for trade marks we have filed objections.while upholding our objections certain amount of costs have been imposed on the applicant. how do we recover such costs? should we send a letter ourselves or the registrar of tms direct them to pay us?

trade marks

when an application for trade mark is declared as abandoned and the limitation period for restoration is lapsed, is it that the only remedy available is to file fresh application for the same mark?

Trade Mark

Dear All,

For the purpose of Trade Mark infringement case, I would like to ask question on following facts:

A company of U.S. imports some goods from india and used to distribute in U.S. The Indian Exporter exports the goods to the said U.S. company infringing the trade mark of an indian company. Now the U.S. company applies for registration of the said goods as its trade mark in U.S. Will the U.S. company get the registration?

It is also important that the said Indian company has obtained Injunction order from High Court against the Indian Exporter.

Copyright of blogs

If I create a blog on server-space bought by a friend from a web-hoster, who owns the copyright to the contents of this blog that I also edit and run ? What kind of contract would I make with my friend to ensure that I will own the copyright to the contents of my blog ?
