Dear sir I want to register a NAME immeditely name in the sense I can use it as a Company name and domine kindly let me know the poceedure.

You will need two Directors with a DIN (Director Index Number) (provisional or approved) and Digital signature of atleast one director. Then fill up Form 1A online or by dowloading it from MCA website and upload it in the same site. The form is self explanotry.

You can register your name as your domain name.
