suggest me please...

hi,
My father has gifted vacant plots to 5 sisters and 1 cousin sister before 5years(not sure of the year)in vellore, where he wanted to divide a house remaining in the same land among the last 2 sisters out of 7 blood related sisters. all the 5 sisters plots are registered in the form of gift deed, and he expired without registering the house land for the last 2 sisters. now my second and third sister are fighting for the house land. my mother is still alive, but she has not got any power from my father. what to do now? i'm one among the last 2 sister who didn't get any share of property... give me a suggestion please?

Change in brand name

When one brand of a company is bought by another company , till how long the old packaging material of the old brand owner name appear on the packaging material , is there any mandate, or is it the arrangement / agreement between the companies. Should the name of the new company be printed on the Packaging material overnight or there can be some time gap.

will one person get two dda plots

we have two shops which are alloted by dda to us one is on the name of my grandfather as a proprieter of the firm and other plot is alloted to my uncle and at that time there is a affidavit which was filled by the owner as he has not any plot in the dda market but at the time of allotment my uncle is a partner in the firm of my grandfather and he give wrong information to dda that he had no plot in the market ,now he claims that as he was partner in the firm so he has right in the plot but we get the affidavit of my uncle that he had no plot in the market .So sir i ask you that if we submit the affidavit in the court than his plot can be cancelled or not? he also peacefully made a dissolution deed with my grandfather and now he disagree with that as my grandfather transfered the shop to my father.

Re: Daughter's legal right in her deceased mother's property.

Hello Xperts!

My mother, Urmila Desai (names hidden) is 54yrs residing in Indore, M.P. Her mother, Jamnabai, died naturally in the year 2009. Her mother, Jamnabai had owned a residential property in Indore.

There are 2 brothers and 3 sisters. But these brothers have now made a WILL and registered it on behalf of the deceased mother, Jamnabai, which states that every one is entitled equally to the property EXCEPT my mother, Urmila Desai.

My mother, Urmila Desai, was allowed to accomodate that property by her mother, Jamnabai when she was alive. Urmila Desai had been living there with her husband since 2000.

Documents she has:

Ration Card.
MPSEB Electricity Bill on her name.
Bank Accounts.
Passport.

She is still in posession of the said property since 2000.

Urmila Desai, has now filed a suit in the Civil Court for redressal and relief.

What are her chances to win the case?

Please advise in breif, thanks!

Much Appreciated!
