trademark registration

hi,
i'm a law student, and i've few doubts in the moot problem i'm attending.
1) the petitioner, lives and runs business at Delhi, as well the guy who infringed her trademark also lives in Delhi, but the website in which he published his designs belong to a person at Mumbai, as well the advertisements for the website containing the alleged trademark was also placed as holdings in Mumbai as well published in Mumbai local papers. Now the petitioner files petition at Mumbai high court, is the jurisdiction valid??

2) The symbol or sign the petitioner uses in all her product is an image, similar image does the respondent use in his product too. now the petitioner claims damages stating it to be infringement of her trademark, though she has not registered it. is her claim right??

copyright..murasu

Dear Sir,
I have got copyright for the Logo MURASU , the symbol given to Mr.Vijayakanth's political party DMDK in the last Assembly Election in Tamilnadu.
I am using this Logo MURASU for my garment production. We will print this logo on our t.shirts. At the time of election, if we go to polling booth for voting wearing this t.shirt(which has the logo of Murasu)the opposite parties will raise objection.
I am the owner of the logo murasu and I have the right to use it on our garments.
The question is can I claim money consideration from the political party DMDK for using my logo as their symbol for their party in the forthcoming election. What are the method to sue them?
Please give your legal opinion, Sir.
Thanks & Regards

will plot can be tranfered or not

As we have a dda plot and the plot is on name of grandfather and in the lease deed there is written that the owner of the plot as my grandfather's name propriter of the firm and after that my uncle made a partnership in the firm and in the partnership deed there is written that he is only in the firm for goods only and in betweeen this partnership deed, my garnd father transfered the plot to my father and my another uncle in the dda by mutation and by conveyance deed and now my uncle said that as he was partner in the firm so my grandfather has no independent title to transfer the shop but in dda the sole owner of the shop was my grandfather and he transfered the shop to my father and my another uncle and after that my unlce and grandfather made a dissoution deed and my uncle took his capital invested in the firm and now my father works in the firm and plot as a propriter.Sir i want to ask you whether my uncle has any right or not in the plot as he was not anywhere in the plot but mere a partner in the firm for some time.

will we give answer or not

in 1980 we are happy family but after the death of my grandfather in 1995 there is a dispute b/w my uncle and my father .as we have a residential plot in which we stays the power of attorney at the purchase time of the plot is on my uncle's name and after 2-3 years the power of attorney was cancelled and there is a registry of the plot on the name of my father in front of sub registrar and after that we can done the plot freehold on name of my father as a landlord of the plot.and also we have a shop which is alloted by dda to my garndfather and in the lease deed issued by dda the name of owner was written as my grandfather's name M/S firm name and at the time of the allotment of the shop my uncle was a partner in the firm and without breaking the partnership my grandfather transfered the shop to me and my father and also my grandfather made a partnership deed between me and my father but we never do working with that partnership deed and after ten years my grandfather and my uncle dissolve the partnership deed and uncle gets his share of capital invested in the firm and after that my father works in the firm as a proprieter of the firm and now my uncle claims that as he has the power of attorney of the residential plot so he is the owner of the plot and also he claims that my grandfather transfered the shop to my father and me and made a forge partnership deed between me and my father ,so my uncle claims that he is the owner of the shop and we did the forgery by making partnership and he send the lawyers notice that to do out of court settlement by giving him shop and house otherwise he will go to court.SO i want to know that whether we will give the answer to my uncle's lawyer or neglect it and also in dda the conveyance deed is name of father and me so who will be the real owner of the shop?
