Hello Sirs,
I bought a Plot in Bangalore Panchayat limits, The Dimensions it was mentioned wrongly that East to West 30 Ft and North to south 50 feet, actually it is in reverse way i.e., East to West 50 Ft and North to South 30 Ft. The seller keep postponing to do the rectification Deed. I saw one of the comment in forum that need to file a Suit. if i file a suit how long it takes. How much it would be legal charges. Could you please help me on this. If possible can i have advocate who can do this services in Bangalore?

Respected T. Kalaiselvan, Sir..noted ur above advise. Can u pls confirm in which case the municipality dept registers its birth in three registers? I have no idea about it n how can i find about the same? And incase its done..can i hv my name changed on my childrens birth certificate thru goverment gazette publications as u mentioned above? This is a lil complicated. I live in bangalore. Its a big relief to know sharia law will have no objections to my hindu name in dubai when i live with my muslim husband. I definately do not want to change my original name n the only issue i m facing right now r my kids birth certificates with the muslim name. I need big time help in this :-) Thank u so much.. Preeti

I have purchased a 30X40 site from seller in 1994. And sale deed is registered and Khata is obtained in my name. But now in my sale deed dimension is marked as 40x30. This is a typing error.
Now seller is expired leaving his wife end son. His son is a contractor and also some people advised me not to approach him because he is evil minded person and he will not put his signature on any documents, even he will not give copy of death certificate of his father.
Due to this error I cannot get any loan from banks.
Please inform me how to correct this error.

My Father is worked in RBI last 7 years back.. he went from house on duty...
but missing in 2006 July
we have all settlement from RBI offcie..
but we have some Land in fathe name..
legal how to wil transfer for that land and fixed assets..

hi Experts,
my father is a retired govt teacher, he is not having birth certificate, he lost his ssc certificate, and not having any leaving certificate, can we sworn affidavit for passport application, but he is not illeterate, in this case what can we do please help.

Dear experts,
I had an inter religion marriage under special marriage act n also a nikhanama. I m hindu n my husband muslim. I havent changed my hindu name after marriage officially on any documents.
I have two kids n on their marriage certificate my name has been written the muslim name which was given to me during nikhanama.
Now my passport is in my hindu name with my husbands surname added alongwith with my maiden surname.
My query is how do i get my name changed on my childrens birth certificate. I want my hindu name on it. I live in Bangalore.

A person done a will before 15 -16 years ago. now he is dead and the grandson wants to executed it. the daughters are in abroad.but they can agree to given noc. what is the format of noc from a nri. how send the noc, on which country stam paper is used for their affidavi (in case of a nri)the Validity of will under limitation act.

I was born on October 17th 1983. My birth was not registered and i don't have a birth certificate. I need a legalised birth certificate for a travel Abroad.
I was born in Sankaran Kovil, Tirunelveli district Tamilnadu.
What is the right and the easiest way to get a birth certificate issue for me now.
I need to travel by the end of this year.

Hello, There is a 2 days difference in my birth certificate from my 10th marksheet' my real date of birth is 30/08/1989 which is on my birth certificate but my 10th marksheet has date of 28/08/1989 ..
My passort application is pending in rpo bhopal from last 16 months..they had sent me objection letter
Passport office is demanding fresh birth certificate which is not possible because birth certificate date never changed and markshhet change is also almost impossible procedure..
Pls guide me how do I get my passport ,

Correction in name
sir my name on birth certificate is tanbir singh and my mothers name is harpreet singh, but on all other documents my name is tanveer singh and mothers name is harpreet kaur(her correct name). i want to apply for passport for that i want to change my and my mothers name in birth certificate. how can i do that?
